Hi -we have a Cloud 9 Spa room on the Splendor in March and I was wondering if there are any Spa discounts offered with this room?  If so should I book spa appointments now or when on the ship? Thanks

Thank you everyone for your input. I went ahead and changed my room from the Riviera Deck Porthole to the Panorama Deck Spa Interior. I'm excited I think it will be fine! Looking forward to our Cruise in March!

Hi There- I am having a hard time deciding what to do I have a porthole room on the Riviera Deck with my daughter. We want to purchase the Thermal Suite and Thalassotherapy Pool Pass but it is cheaper to upgrade to an inside Cloud 9 Spa Room instead $70 versus $219.  My concern is giving up my porthole. I feel like I need to see outside and have some natural light.  I don't plan on being in the room much but has anyone felt slightly claustrophobic in an inside room?

AFAIK and what everyone has mentioned it would be exactly $60/person/day ($420 for a 7 day cruise). If you go the route of cash, it would be $420 minus any obc you happen to have. As you mentioned, you can get the remainder after about 9pm on the last night. At whatever point you get the refund your charging rights end.

Hi I spoke with Holland the other day and they said OBC could not be used for the $60.00 per day charge. I thought that was odd so I even called back and spoke to another gal who told me the same thing??
