My 1st sailing was on the mighty Car Ferry 'The Badger', across Lake Michigan. The 4hr trip convinced myself and my friend that cruising could be great. We got home and almost immediately signed an Alaska cruise in the Coral Princess. After that we were hooked for good.

Holland has many too. But I hardly ever find anyone to play.

I am booked on the Ocean Princess cruise out of Dover on June 6, 2014 and am arriving at Heathrow Terminal 3 at 11:05 AM on June 5. One question I have is whether to book the 1:20 PM bus or 2:30 bus as I am not sure how long it will take to get through immigration and customs (I am a US citizen arriving on Air Canada via Toronto).

If I book the 2:30 bus and I get to the bus terminal before the 1:20 bus leaves and there is room on that bus can I use my ticket for the 2:30 bus to ride the 1:20 bus. Also if I book the 1:20 bus and miss the bus due to my plane being late or immigration/customs taking a very long time will I wind up paying double or worse for my bus fare (will the ticket for the missed bus be no good). I am planning to buy the refundable and amendable ticket.

Also I will be staying at the Premier Inn Central (Eastern Ferry Terminal). The National Express website shows 2 different Dover locations of Town Centre and Ferry Terminal. Am I correct in assuming that the Ferry Terminal location is closer to the Premier inn?

Am booked on 30 day Buenos Aires to Los Angeles cruise on the Crown Princess embarking March 6, 2014 and am looking for a hotel for 1 night March 5-6. My flight arrives in Buenos Aires 10:55 Am on March 5.

Have been looking at Cruise Critic and other sites for ideas for pre-cruise hotel and am leaning towards Novotel at $137 or Hilton at $244 ($264 with breakfast). While I am a member of Holiday Inn and Wyndham loyalty programs their locations didn't seem ideally located or their rankings/comments quite as good as the Novotel and Hilton.

Was hoping to get some insight and ideas for a 1 night pre-cruise hotel in Buenos Aries. The $264 for the Hilton is around the top end of my price range.
