You asked a very sensible question.
We had an inside cabin on deck 3 on Rhapsody of the Seas, directly under the dining room. However this wasn't a problem for us as we chose late traditional dining. The only time we heard any noise was during the various dining room parades while we were getting ready for dinner.
Thanks I was unsure and wanted some insite of someone who had a cabin on this deck...

Sorry I might not have made myself clear we do need an accessible but we did not realize they gave us this on deck 3. I wanted to find out if anyone ever had a problem with a lower deck because I can get a higher deck it is more but they do have other options. I just wanted to get advice from someone who experienced this. I didn’t mean to make anyone upset sorry

I need some help I want to use my points and need a hotel for the night before the cruise. I know the W by the beach is good but it's 14,000 points. I want something nice but doesn't have to be that nice. Preferably the inner costal. Thanks

Does anyone know which day is the best to try a specialty dinner? I do not want to do it on the formal nights. I just want to see if anyone had an experience that was good for them?
