What I find REALLY weird is that anyone would feel so strongly about something so ridiculous, and need to post something so judgmental.

 

Now, when I hit the Islands with my lanyard around my neck dangling to my Bermuda shorts, should I wear my white shoes with black socks, or maybe my black wing tips with white socks? How about my sandals with the argyle socks?

Well, it really depends on the color of your lanyard. If it's black I would wear black shoes with white socks! :p

I'm really don't want to have to wear one on my neck but I might for my kids.

I noticed Eddie Bauer sells a nice little lightweight wallet thingy you wear over your shoulder I could keep all five of our cards in it. We'll all be together.

But I'm wondering If I should get the kids each one to wear around their necks as they will probably be going between hanging with us and going to the camp place.

I like the lanyard because some of my shorts do not have pockets- In my lanyard pouch I have my sign and sail card, my DL and a few dollars.

-I got the lanyard and the pouch from an office supply store at home.

 

The casino does have a lanyard but your sign and sail card will need to have a whole punched into it--and you can not hole punch your DL. so you need a pouch

But I don't to carry my DL with me do I? I figured all I need is to find some lanyards for us with a key ring on the end.

Do they hand them out with the card for free when you start your cruise?

How much are they if they aren't free and I wonder if I should just buy some cheap at home first.
