  1. Hhhmmmm, I would think that Santa would be very busy before Christmas and wouldn't really have time for a cruise. ;) Might have a better chance seeing him after Christmas with Mrs. Clause on vacation????

you know. I personally am friends with Santa. Last two years I have spent traveling my town on a fire truck with Santa handing out gifts while the reindeer take a much deserved break. I agree that Santa would be much to busy during December to take a cruise vacation. however I am on the carnival valor in May. May have to ask if Santa wants to come along and spread some holiday cheer.

  2. I do have one question though, being this is the first time I have purchased the fttf. When you go to the MDR, is there a separate line for fttf, vip & plat. members. I thought I remember seeing one last year but can not remember for sure.

with the faster to the fun it's my understanding that you do get

priority in choosing what dining you want ie early late or anytime if you want to change. however, once you pick you stand in line just like everyone else

  3. Just FYI

If you follow/pay your CC online you may be able to notify the bank about your travels online. It is really easy on Cap One's website. Not sure about others.

with all the cyber theft these days don't know if I would give this info online. no matter how secure the site is. imho it's better to make a call.

  4. i live in jersey. we were visiting family in AZ. called boa and told them where we were traveling. half way through the trip we got a call from the bank. they asked if we were in Utah. we said no. apparently someone was trying to make a charge using our card in Utah. good thing the bank had our number.

  5. We are currently booked for a May 5 day on the Liberty. I have the Aft Oceanview (2470) which looks to be a larger room (there are two of us). I am considering 9289 balcony; I've read lots of great reviews about a balcony room and we are thinking of giving it a try. My only question is will I feel much more ship movement the higher I go? I'd like to be closer to the action of the pool area vs being on the lower deck, but I also don't want to get quesy (this is our 5th cruise and we've always been on the lower decks and have never had a balcony)

    thanks for your input!!

if you get motion sickness the best thing to do is get a room towards the middle of the deck on lido. we were on liberty last year and was two doors from the front of the ship on lido. for a person who. ever gets sea sick I had to take medicine.
