3) The Cruise Critic NCL Board. So many pointless arguments from the same people. I've learned if someone has more than 10,000 posts, it's pretty safe to add them to the ignored user list because despite their volume of work, almost none of it is helpful.
And yet here you are starting another one grasshopper- 4

I thought the menu would have some specialty items for an upcharge that could be ordered in the MDR. You and Ben are probably correct, maybe it was just some items, Beef Wellington sounds yummy!
Looks like it’s one item per evening from the video I just saw. $15/plate from one of the specialties. Interesting.

I read before the main dining rooms would have offerings from some of the specialties for an extra charge. Could that be “signature taste”? Interested to see what these offerings would be.

When I want anything special I go through the onshore contact specialeventsjade@ncl.com
Where I have "jade" replace it with the name of the ship you are on.
I suggest you try the same provided you know exactly when, where and at what time. Make up a group name "looneyric's mob" and see if they will do it for you.
I tired that fro Prima…..they said they would not make dining reservations for less than 12, even though we have an official “group” of 10….

If I recall, the biggest single table in the restaurants is 8. You may need to work with the group manager or whatever their title is in order to put something together. You could also book two groups of 6 (two different people will need to do this), then go see the host a night or two before the booked time and discuss with them that you would prefer both groups be sat near each other, or at a single table made up of two put together. Don't wait until the day of though.
Thank you! Good ideas.

Has anyone ever pre-booked specialty dining for 10? I know online you can only do 8 guests maximum for specialties. Can you book 10 through the 800 number? I know we can do it when we board, but looking for two reservations 120 days out. Thanks.

We only had a few hundred down. Are you on the GA January 8th cruise?
Negative. We are on 2/5/23 Prima. Enjoy your cruise and thanks for the info!

Sorry, I would be stressed out about that. I’d call until someone took payment and I received email confirmation. My own peace of mind I guess!!!
agree but I did get my email confirmation showing I am reserved with total price identical to Laszlo post #109. My friend who booked only had minimum deposit down on cruise and they told him to pay. My point is maybe because I had $2k down they added the vibe price to my final payment and then marked it “paid” in system. But I will call again….third time may be a charm- 2

My confirmation looks exactly the same for the Prima…..but they added the amount to the final payment and wouldn’t take payment over the phone. I’ve called twice to pay for it separately, and been told “no need” each time. I’m booked they said. Maybe because I had enough “equity” in my deposit to cover the passes? Strange- 2

Looks beautiful! Thanks for sharing!

I’ve been in both...Bliss, followed by Breakaway. I don’t know the square footage, but the Breakaway felt much smaller and more crowded, even “off hours”. If I remember, there were less heated loungers and maybe one or two less steam rooms.
With that said, we still enjoyed it very much and could always find a place to relax and enjoy the therapy pool and hot tub. Enjoy!

no worries. I get same picture as I previously purchased package. All you need to do is click on the picture and the current price shows.

No, cruise planner purchases are not affected.
Thank you!

Hi, if I call to do a reprice, will I lose reservations I already made (e.g. dinners, beverage, excursion, etc)? I can currently save around $250, but don’t want to lose these. Thanks

Thank you. Good info,

Travel agents can see the time frame. It has been extended until the 18th. Looks like no tax free sale this year
😟
Well that stinks!

Nope, looks like the promo has been extended for 5 MORE DAYS!😂
So much for guessing a new one on tax day.
I don’t see 5 days. I see “Just Extended for a Limited Time”. So there’s hope.......

I just paid $199 for a cruise in June
That’s good. Must have paid the extra $51 for the snowroom! But the Bliss spa was amazing.

Anyone have any idea how much the pass is? Going on BA 7 day in August..
Price was $249 on the Bliss for a seven day Caribbean (compared to $199 on Escape the year prior). Just went in February 2019. Don’t know if it’s a fleet wide increase or just the Bliss. Looking at my app for Breakaway next February, it’s odd that no price is shown.
-
I didn’t know you could make reservations for noodle bar. How does that work? Do you do it upon boarding? My app says “reservations are not offered” there.
-
“I am booked on the Bliss for 9/22-29, and just an fyi if you book Teppanyaki for the 5:30 seating you will not be able to book the 7:30 show for Jersey Boys online. It's billed as a 2hr dining experience ending at 7:30pm and the computer says you have a conflict with another item scheduled for that time. We'll need to hurry once onboard to get our theater tickets!”
Can I reserve some specialties at 5pm or 515 pm to avoid this conflict? I noticed some open at 5? Or is 530 the earliest you can book?

On our February 5th Prima cruise, entertainment (including speedway) and dining reservations were in the theater. Two separate areas.
