  1. My family and I shall be cruising on a Rivera next month.
We are booked in concierge side by side cabins as there are no connecting cabins.

Wondering if we are able to open the balcony separating dividers and connect by way of the balconies similar to Celebrity ships.

     Many thanks.

  2. My deepest condolences Mike on  the loss of beloved Carol.
I have always enjoyed your wonderful in depth reviews and beautiful pictures.

We will be cruising on Oceania Riviera next month; our first O cruise on the larger ship. Nice to see the difference from the smaller O ships which we have cruised on numerous times. Looking forward to experiencing the many more venues onboard.

Wishing you many more enjoyable cruises.

  3. My family and I really enjoyed your videos as we have Riviera booked for an upcoming cruise.

It is our first time on the larger O ships  . . . we are really looking forward to our cruise now!!!

We have cruised many times on Regatta and Insignia.

    Many thanks.

The Concierge lunch in the MDR is a major perk for me!  I like being able to place my carry-on in a safe, designated spot while enjoying being served and avoiding the crowd at the buffet.  You get to meet some of your fellow passengers as well.

We shall look out for you at the concierge lunch,

There are 4 of us . . . mom, aunt and I have red hair.

    See you on Monday,

  5. Hello all,

Our group of 8 adults requires hotel in San Diego May 6 - 8, 2013 after our cruise on Celebrity Solstice. Any thoughts on when I should start bidding on priceline/hotwire and what areas I should focus on for a 3 star and above hotel in a central location for shopping and to walk around?

It has been 20+ years since my last visit to San Diego.

Any suggestions and tips would be grealy appreciated.

    Thank you!

  6. Morning,

Just a quick question on the ice bar. . do you think the Ice Bar is worth visiting and if so how far is it from the Vasa Museum? I took a look at the web page and it looks like we have to make reservations in advance. Not being drinkers I wonder if we should go experience. Your thooughts would be greatly appreciated. Our cruise is in August.

  7. We will be on Stockholm arriving on the Constellation August 26 at Stadsgarden Terminal.

Our group of 5 adults would like to take go to the Vasa Museum and do a bit of shopping.

Is it best to hop on the HoHo bus by the terminal or are there usally taxis at the terminal that we can hop on. . will they take 5 adults? If not, is it possible to prearrange a taxi prior to arrival and maybe have them take us on a bit of a tour too?

After the Vasa what would be the best way to get to the shopping area?

    Many thanks.
