We asked our room steward the next morning and she said that one apparently fell (with someone in it and the person was hurt (not sure how bad, but as they removed them, I guess bad enough).

They need to remove those hanging chairs from images on the website then because I was going to book one of these suites specifically so that I could read in it. I would have been livid.

That is correct. The counselors will take them from dinner to the kids club.
