We were on the Escape in haven as well . Our one major comment was that the menu ne ver changed . I assume you had the same menu as well each lunch and dinner.

I will say the beds were amazingly comfortable.and the butlers very helpful

Sorry late to respond. Here is what happened to me. At the officer cocktail party for haven guests, I mentioned that I wanted rack of lamb to an officer. He took my cabin number . The next night we were at Moderna for dinner and heard nothing from anyone until 1030 pm our door bell rang— and there was rack of lamb delivered to my cabin!!No communication, what was I to do with rack of lamb at that hour . Never heard a word from anyone after that. 
they certainly did not encourage anyone to order off the menu as a matter of fact the main dining room maitrd told me most night he has a few couples eating there as people tire from the menu .I wrote to corporate they responded with a canned response, Oh well back

On escape haven now .

amazingly same menu for all 3 meals each day. But no shrimp cocktail, no French onion soup on the menu . Don’t understand this as it is enough to choose another line in the future 

We are currently on the escape in the haven in

a 2 br suite. The second br has a bed that is very low to the ground when opened.

on the escape the suite is noticeably smaller than the same room

it asks that you allow 2 hours to return to the ship!

I checked my app , it is working and still shows Israel as a port 

Not that long ago, about 15 years or so, there was a buffet waiter, known an Hunky Dory. He had the ability of memorizing every passengers name. He would meet you ask yiur name and , know it for the  entire cruise.

This is hot off the press, but any thoughts on what the plans are for Israel port on a cruise coming up in about a week?

This port is the major reason we booked, and I am wondering what the cancellation policy might be .

I suppose it will be as I anticipated, even though I am about a week from kick off and don’t see much 

I am about to board on Odyssey , and in reviewing the app, I don’t see nightly entertainment, other than bars, and singing groups.

Are there no longer comedians , or other production shows on cruise ships? I don’t even see a welcome show! Or haven’t they been loaded.

This is my first cruise since Covid, but more than 30 all in.

We did it in Haifa and stayed overnight in Jerusalem and met the ship in ashdod .

I don’t remember if we told them or just did it

I am 30 days away from sailing, and with the increase in COVID cases the last few cases, concerned about getting it.

Curious as to everyone’s thoughts, we hear that many passengers seem to arrive home after a cruise and test positive.

certainly want to go but want to be safe as well !

2.if you need US dollars to use the casino can you charge your cruise account ?

I just booked a cruise, leaving in 6 weeks, and I am finding that many of the excursions are sold out.

I am hoping that they may reopen when on board,am I correct?

Since this is a Mediterranean cruise, excursions are more important than a Caribbean cruise.

Can you use what’s app, without buying a Wi-Fi package?
