On the Nieuw Statendam and saw this on the aft pool deck. Who shrink wraps their towels to save chairs?  Is this something new?

I do have HIA and my thought was to bring a beer or two on shore in some type of cooler bag. Last time I ordered a bucket of beer on Half Moon Cay, they gave me an open basket with ice!  I ended up sharing the beer with those around me before it all went warm.

Does anyone know if we are allowed to bring drinks that are bottled/canned from on the ship onto Half Moon Cay?

Anyone else having a hard time getting through to talk to a real human being on the customer service line?  I have tried a couple of times today with waits over a half an hour with no success.

On Liberty of the Seas 2/27 and no menus are showing in the app for any dining room or specialty restaurant.

No menus for any dining room or specialty restaurant. I deleted and then reloaded the app. Bummer. It would be nice to see the menus.

I don’t know if it’s just me, but the menus are not appearing in my app.  I double checked to make sure I have the most up to date app. We are sailing February 27th on Liberty of the Seas.

We just returned from our Imagination cruise, April 24th. On the last day, before debarkation, we were having breakfast in the dining room and the bar waitress asked if we wanted to use our drink vouchers. I had completely forgotten we were supposed to get them! What a bummer to find out at the last possible moment that we never received them!

Anyway, I sent an email to Carnival customer care regarding this. I never really expected anything to come of it. I received a reply today stating they were sorry and that if we contact them 45 days prior to our next cruise we will receive a Bon Voyage gift! My question is, has anyone else received the Bon Voyage gift, and if so, what exactly is it?

I was looking at excursions offered through the Carnival website for our Liberty cruise in June. There was a jeep excursion in Curaçao that I had saved to my favorites. I went online today to book the excursion, but it's sold out! Does anyone know if they ever add openings for an excursion once it's sold out? Will we be able to sign up for the excursion on the ship?

Ok, so my Finace has a free cruise via the Casino. I've booked it and upgraded. Now if I go in and do a mock booking for another cruise, its still offering me the Casino rate. Can I book more than one cruise with this same rate? What happens if she doesn't go to the casino the next cruise and I've already booked another cruise with this rate? Just trying to figure out the ropes here. Thanks

I asked my Carnival PVP if I could use the offer more than once, and he said yes. I have two upcoming cruises, both booked with the casino rate.

I just recently did this same exact thing. I contacted my PVP and he changed the rate from the $50 deposit rate to the casino rate offer I had just received. Give Carnival a call, the worst they can do is say "No". Good luck!
