We are taking a Cunard transfer from JFK to Brooklyn terminal on the morning of the 18th. Flight gets in at 9:30am. Our embarkation time is 3:30, but I read that if you are on a coach, you can embark upon arrival. Does anyone know if this is correct?

We are on the crossing that leaves Brooklyn on August 18th and includes Norway and return. We booked as one voyage for 24 nights. If I buy a three day pass, can the days be spread throughout the 24 night voyage, even though the voyage could be booked as four segments? I am assuming that it is cheaper to purchase prior to sailing.

I hope this is not a silly question. If we are assigned to early fixed dining in Britannia and decide one night that we want to eat later, can we just show up at open dining?

Can anyone tell me about the cocktail parties on QM2. Are they only for World Club Cunarders? This will be our first time crossing with Cunard.

Are there Champagne corks in the staterooms?

Just booked Cunard transfers JFK to Brooklyn Cruise Pier for $60pp. We had concerns about being stuck in NYC traffic with the meter running.

Do the still have the one time during the cruise elite/ +Captains club tea in the MDR?
I am wondering also. Maybe someone on a recent sailing who is elite+ can answer this for us. -

"All the “worries” were unnecessary. We are 4 days on board the Splendor and everything has been perfect. Easy at LHR, only docs needed were passport. Testing at the ship was fast and efficient. Everyone must wear a mask on board except eating and drinking. I hate it, but get it. Sailing with around 400 guests is kinda awesome. Even all of our tours only have had about 16-20 people on them. Weather great, Scotland is gorgeous and welcoming!"
I hope this doesn't mean masks need to be worn in outdoor areas also. That could be a deal breaker for me.
Hey Y’all, I have been following this thread and saw that you are from Dataw. Les and I live downtown Beaufort and are booked on the Explorer 3/3/22. We are so looking forward to cruising again!Amy

Does anyone know if there is shade at Brewer's Bay. If not, do they rent umbrellas there?

Can I bring wine or spirits from each embarkation port if I have booked four segments as one voyage?
