I forgot to let them know I would need a wheelchair but when I got there and told them, they brought one right out!!

We used the Binax Emed Proctored test and that is all we needed! It worked easily, perfectly and Holland already knew our results before we could show them our results! Will use them every time we sail!

For any of those who have opted to take the 5 day cruise after losing the original 4 or 7 day one, have you gotten your boarding times assigned yet?
We opted to take the 5 day and have had our cruise moved over to a new booking number but our boarding passes say boarding time to be assigned.
Our original boarding time was 1:00 pm, making our luggage tags yellow. I don't know if those are still valid to use or will they change...just curious, not concerned.

I am sorry, but I doubt it would count. My TA called and found out the rate will be the same as the 4 day was for those of us booked already. I am so beyond excited to go.

My husband, daughter, son in law and myself were all vaccinated in March and April, all of us got the Delta Variant in July. Most of us had the Phizer vaccine, 1 of us got the Moderna. Having Covid wasn't a picnic but we all handled it fairly well and I am prone to pneumonia , so i was glad to avoid a hospital trip!!
We don't sail until March but am grateful HAL will be doing what is needed at that time to help protect us!

My daughter and I were on Independence the week before Christmas and her cup had an ending date on it for 2 days after the cruise. All the machines were back in working order and we did not see anyone using other cups!

14 years ago we paid 59.99 after employee discount for a 4 piece set of heavy duty canvas luggage. It is still going strong and has had more trips than I can count!
Sorry your luggage was ruined and I hope you find a good one to replace it with!

I put mine in my front basket and leave my battery in the scooter, as it weights 29 pounds and is too heavy for me to carry!

Did it post on your cruise personalizer? I called my TA and got the OBC but Princess told TA it won’t show on personalizer since it is only related to this specific cruise. But I’ll get it once on board in February.
Anyone else receive credit but told not posting to personalizer prior to cruise?
We got credit and it shows on our personalizer and our travel summary.

Just did this 10 min ago and received $100 for first two people in each cabin for a total of $400 for our family of 4! The rep wasn’t happy about it, but I didn’t have to say anything other than how disappointed I was that what we booked (*****) was not what we received.

I had sent an email a week ago after numerous employees refused to give me a credit and I got a call back today from Customer Service. It went to my voicemail and when I called back I immediately put in the extension they had given me and I got right to them. The extension is 44411 and her name is Alicia. It says if you know your vacation planners extension and that is when I put it in!

I got the survey also, live in Tennessee, and planned on getting boosted anyway before our cruise. We had planned on and talked about getting reshot a long time ago, so no biggie for us. Having almost died from swine flu, I tend to be on the side of vaccines.
