I am just wondering if anyone has the Cruise Compasses for a Harmony Eastern sailing?
Our first time on Harmony & would love a sneak preview. Ports are Coco Cay, St Maarten & San Juan.
If anyone has a link, could post or email I would be very appreciative.
Thanks

We have actually made very good friends also. We've cruise together many times - had a blast. Planning a 2021 one also.
If friends are baggage happy to have the luggage.

If you never missed some sort of feed bucket on a cruise I think you are good. If you can't find food.....that's entirely on you!
Umm HUH? I asked a simple question why the remark about a "feed bucket"? Very hostile. Sorry if our style of dining they way we want upsets that much.
We like to be social - not a crime.

You don't provide any details on exactly how close you are to sailing or how you found out you cannot book the 8:00 seating. Have you tried having your TA call the dining people at the corporate office? Often they can have you clear the waitlist while you're on the phone. If you booked on-line call the Crown and Anchor people and have them check for you.
Good Luck
Ok. We don’t sale till May 3 so I know there’s plenty of time we didn’t book through TA we booked through Royal. I am figuring we probably will get our time at 8 PM but just didn’t understand my time dining wanted a little explanation
8 PM was locked out on the reservation so we waitlisted

When you board make a request for 8pm dinner 😏
Didn’t know you could. Thanks

So I searched but couldn’t find a thread to explain it. We usually do the 8pm dinner seating but since we booked so close to our sail we are locked out/wait listed.
So so could someone explain how my time works. Do we do a weeks worth on 1st day? Do we get choice of table size? Husband likes larger table with people.
Any help appreciated

We are doing May 3rd RCI but 1st time from Port Canaveral. Flying in on the 2nd. Any suggestion for hotels in the area?

I did let this drag out longer than I should and I have a lot of plans for the holiday weekend. I'll wrap it up by saying, the last Sea Day was beautiful weather, we ordered breakfast in our room so we could enjoy the corner aft balcony for most of the day. Room Service was on time, the order wasn't totally accurate, but we had plenty of food. As we returned north back toward San Juan the sun was on our balcony all day. So we spent most of the day there working on the tans we started on Orient Beach. ;). We went for lunch in the WJ, spent the rest of the afternoon on our balcony, enjoyed a last evening with Latoya in the Diamond Lounge, had a great dinner, in which Cruise Director Andrea stopped by one more time and we wished him a great TA back to Italy.
The final day we got 9:30 departures, got off the ship, hailed a cab to Barachinas and spend the beautiful day walking around OSJ and having lunch there before returning to the airport for a hyper long flight home. We got in our own beds 2am Monday morning! Glad I took Monday off. Next up our first time on Enchantment.
Loved the review. This is was our pre-honeymoon cruise. Inspired by Senaloy. We are getting married on 6/16. My DS is best man, my DIL is MOH & my DGD is our flower/ring bearer. Can't wait to marry my love.

another suite vote. We do mostly balconies but it is usually just the 2 of us. I can't imagine shoving more bodies in that room or bathroom.
We splurged on a GS and took a bump to OS, so we may not turn back to balconies again LOL!

I really honestly have no idea what to ask of them. We got an email this morning asking for what we would like.
Other than having some clothes pressed on formal nights - I have no clue!!!
Any suggestions help would be so welcome. If it helps we have an Owners Suite.
BTW we have Romina form the Jewel out of PR 4/29
Help!!!

Thank you for the quick response. We are leaving next weekend on the Jewel, our first time on RC so we are not familiar with what they have.
Hey Harley if you on the 4/29 Jewel cruise come over to our roll all. Massachusetts people here too

That is one of the main reasons I like getting the drink package, not having to worry about a bill at the end of the cruise. I drink a lot of specialty coffees, wine at dinner, cocktails at a show, Mimosa at breakfast. Now with the sales in the cruise planner it really is a good deal for me. I do understand how some people thing it is not a good option for them. I do not understand the controversy though. If it makes financial sense to you then buy the package. If it does not then pay per drink.
It makes sense for us, although I am the only one with the alcohol package. My So just purchased the Refreshment package, he doesn't drink alcohol much. So this works for us. I get my money's worth in just the coffee & water. I drink at least 4-6 bottles a day.

Aloe vera for sunburn.
Make sure it with Lidocaine, cuts down any sunburn pain..Just look for the blue bottle..
We also bring ziploc bags

Following along!!!:D:D
We are looking forward to the Jewel in about 2 weeks, April 29th. So looking forward to the review(y)(y)

We only bought 1 deluxe, my SO bought refreshment package. We don't share because he actually doesn't drink much at all. He had problem in his 20's now in his 50's he might have 3 drinks on an eight day cruise. RC was very understanding & I appreciated there bending their rules.
No sharing here. As for the rest yeah, nomb!!!!

Another no. We did these on a our first cruise, big mistake. Unless you are prepared to buy about $100 in battery they are not worth it. They only worked sporadically and a pain to carry all day.
If Royal Requires A Covid-19 Vaccine Before Cruising Will You Get It???

Really? For the last 60 years my household has either hosted or gone to relatives to celebrate holidays. Guess what we did this year - We altered our behavior because we are not morons & have free will. It is never too late to alter behavior, you just don't go - that simple. "Mom, are you coming for NYE? No honey you have children and it is not worth the risk. I think we should ZOOM or facetime instead." WOW was that hard?!?!?
BTW you need to read up on Fauci. He was at the forefront of the AIDS/HIV epidemic. He is to thank that some AIDS patient have lived long lives & gone from multiple meds per day, done to only 1 or 2. I know this from 1st hand knowledge having a best friend who has lived 35 years with HIV, the last 15 being with actual AIDS. All the while he was seeing patients & not rubbing elbows with politicians.
