I have had difficulty accessing the web site since they up graded it. I try to get in through Safari and I am denied access. Have called Crown and Anchor and Royal for help. No one was able to get it to work. I have an Apple computer and was told I needed to get Google Chrome.

This is very frustrating and has not allowed me to shop for future cruises.

I have been cruising since 1989. I feel the food has definitely declined. The selections of meat is almost at a commercial quality. We completed a Transatlantic in November and thought they were cleaning out the refrigerators and freezers before returning to the United States. There were items that should have been pitched rather than served to guests.

We have cruises coming up in January and if the food has not improved will seriously consider moving to another cruise line.

have been denied access to Royal Caribbean web site for the past two days. I know they have done work on the site recently. I have made two calls to the Crown & Anchor desk; both calls proved unsuccessful in solving my problem.

I will be very honest and say I am not the least bit computor savvy. Any help will be deeply appreciated.

Well, we decided to give a panoramic oceanview a shot, it's always interesting to stay in a new category. It was $100 pp more than a standard OV, and after the last price adjustment, we're now matching that price anyways.

 

For those that have stayed in a Vision Class Panoramic OV, do you think it's worth the extra money? Obviously it's a wash for us now, so any kind of upgrade is bonus.

We have stayed in the OV for two back2backs. We are booked again in January for another back2back. Great storage and location is so convenient . Mid ship and close to everything. Only negative point; have yet to see a price drop. Don't know if deck 7 is quieter than 8 because of overhead noise. We always book deck 7 for that reason.

Phone call might be related to a sign posted in the concierge lounge telling D+ guest that they were no longer allowed to has access to the lounge. I understand this was a mistake. The phone call may have been a pro-active attempt at damage control.

Has anyone onboard been able to confirm that Devinly Decadent is in fact now no charge for dinner? We are sailing on the Quantum on 1/23 for 10 nights when you return.

On Dec. 12 sailing both lunch and dinner were extra. I think dinner was $20 pp.

Brilliance of the Sea, April T A. Observed women pushing stroller in the Windjammer, same woman pushing same stroller in the area of Park Ave. Also observed in various hallways. In this stroller were two dogs. One appeared older than the other, both dogs were small.

I have booked a cruise for January 2015 on Quantum, and plan to have significantly more points accrued to use toward the cost of the cruise by final payment. What happens if all of the Oceanview staterooms are sold out? How do they determine the value of the points?

I was told yesterday that I would not be able to use reward points on Quantum for thirteen month after she starts sailing. Reason given new ship. Just trying to give you a heads up.

The same way they handled the hordes of D's when they were removed!
