Not a single drink is available between 20-50...this is first hand experience on the Horizon last week. Top included drink was Grey Goose VX martini at the Alchemy Bar, which was 20.00. If ordered neat, it was 17.00.

Thank you for this update. I discovered this martini last cruise and would have been disappointed to find it was over $20.

Yes you did, thank you very much. Still looking for the Red Frog and Brewery Tropical Hurricane, has Bacardi Rum and Bacardi Oakheart Spiced Rum with Exotic juices and soda. A cruise memory I'm trying to recreate.

I realize now my title is misleading. Just wanted a drink recipe.

I've searched for the recipe for the Red Frog Rum Tropical Hurricane and can't find it. Would anyone know what exotic juices they use? Soda? Thanks!

The best things to do near the port are: walk through the Bonaire Arts and Crafts Cruise Market in Wilhelmina Plaza for shopping (there's also local food, tropical shaved ice, drinks, local music etc), walk down Kaya Grandi (more shopping), walk back along the water for shopping and more food (can sit out over the water ar Karel's Beach Bar and have a drink). All of that should take a couple of hours if you take your time and enjoy the scenery - beautiful walk, as well. If you want to get in the water/hang out on the beach walk down to Divi Flamingo and hangout there (small fee to enter). Those are the best things to do right by the port and easily within walking distance.

I am also very disappointed Carnival is taking away the aft adult only pool. I did post on the other site that I did get in the adult only pool last cruise. I work with children, love my job, while on vacation I am not able to stop children from being unsafe or disrespectful. I like to find places to go to relax and unwind away from my work world.

I'm enjoying reading your review. Love all the pictures, especially the selfies. I wish someone would teach me how to do one without getting a double chin;) We are housebound with a blizzard raging outside, the review is helping to keep me warm as I dream of my February Valor cruise.

Yay double digit dance! We're doing the dance for Feb. 15 Valor!! We were scheduled for this cruise last Feb and could not go because of canceled flights. Crossing the fingers for better weather this year.

My PVP knew I was interested in the $50 deposit, she called me yesterday and I booked. With the early saver, I hope to gain a few on board $'s.
