There is no customs to go through. Once the ship is cleared after it docks they start letting people off. You just walk through the plaza (Festival Place)

It will be fine, TS Gordon is no where near Port Canaveral, it is already in the Gulf of Mexico. TS Florence is not expected to get near the US or Caribbean.

Just saw on another page, they are reporting the Dream collided with the dock in Nassau. Minor damage above the water line.

Looks like an alternative itinerary has been released if repairs take longer than expected, with stops in St. Thomas, San Juan, and Castaway Cay. Instead of Tortola, St. Thomas, and Castaway Cay.

Majority Rule Day (Bahamanian Holiday), the actual Holiday Is January 10th, but since it falls on a saturday, it is observed on Monday. Would think most tourist places would still be open though, they want your money.

Just a side note. Since you will traveling with your kids without the other parent present, it will be best to bring a notarized letter from the other parent saying its ok for the trip.

Quantum will be going to China. Port Canaveral wants an Oasis Class ship, probably will get one when the third ship is complete.

The minimum drinking age on the ship is 21, however you may be able to drink while ashore in port since the legal drinking age in the Cayman Islands and Jamaica is 18. Going to say no with Labadee, since it is Royal's Private Destination

She will be in NJ from May through October 2015. Can't find anything on the Reposition to NJ, but on November 1st 2015 she repositions to Galveston. Doubt their will be passengers on the Reposition from Ft. Lauderdale to NJ. as there are only 2 days in between, and would require a stop at a distant foreign port.
