Was wondering as of March 1 st , if the crew are wearing masks? 
 

We’re the staff wearing masks? Do you have copy of lunch menus (sit down restraunts)?

I use SAS Transportation for the past 8 years. Great service , nice vans and inexpensive .

can you give some insight the the ports? were all ports open? wear masks while walking around? Vibe on boat and ports? Any covid issues on boat? 

Not sure if its Safe to cruise, I'm on the fence. Should I or not, Thank you

Can you recoomend shore excursions? Must see's at port. Tours? etc

Some FYI’s about the NCL Joy, while I'm waiting for my cruise review to get published. We sailed the inaugural public cruise May 4-11 to Alaska/Glacier Bay.

• The speedway on the Joy is $15 per session, 8x laps per session. The Joy website still says $9.95, but the cost on the ship and on the NCL app, where you can book it from you mobile device, is $15. Not positive about the Laser tag arena, but I’m pretty sure it’s the same price. We did the racetrack once and I was disappointed with it. The track is too narrow and everyone was being throttled to slow down.
• The beverage package is now called the “Premium Beverage Package” instead of the “Ultimate Beverage Package”. Link to the drinks included for this package is https://www.ncl.com/sites/default/files/premium-beverage-package.pdf. You can get any drink any menu that is $15 or less. If you get a drink that’s more expensive, you pay the difference. Personally, we found that this package was worth it. It does not include bottled water (that’s another package, I think $15 for 5x 1L bottles).

   

   

• We loved our ADA cabin #10932, aft starboard! We didn’t know it was a disabled person’s cabin till we got there. It was twice the size of a normal balcony cabin. I would request this again. 😊

   

   

• Our excursions booked offshore ahead of our sailing instead of the ship were great. No issues and cost a fair bit less than NCL.

  Is it a disadvantage being on Port side(left side) when departing. Looks like all the good scenery is on Starboard side(right).

the path of ship going there seems to be close to the land, where coming back it looks like they travel away from land and around a island. HMMMMM   did you go?

I booked a balcony on Joy going to Alaska, I got a cabin on Port side. Is this good or bad. Looks like Starboard is better for the views. Your experience? Do I change to Starboard.? Seems when you leave, all the scenery is on starboard side. Help

I received email from royal carribean a week before my cruise and they offered me 30% off drink pkg. which is $38 a day plus gratuities.

I've been to costa maya many times on cruises. a 10 minute bus ride to the beach. there are tons of massage beds on the beach. I've become friendly with one lady, Nancy. I find her every year I go. she charges me 20$ for 45 minutes. a great massage for a great price,.

I may have a solution. If the cruise line will have 2 casinos on ship. 1 non smoking and the other smoking. Everyone will be happy. :)

I was on Escape last week.

I just got off NCL Getaway and they had a restraunt that served assorted wings . Buffalo, Jerk, BBQ etc. It was great.

I'm going on Navigator Of the Seas in April. Was wondering if they serve wings on this ship?
