You can call the ship direct. The Reception Desk answers the phone. I have had them arrange for flower delivery for friends who were going to cruise. As usual SS didn't let me down.

Of course the casinos on SS loose money their slot machines are old and outdated and are inconvenient to use. On Crystal I'm in the casino every night but on SS occasionally play a slot machine that is if you can find one that works correctly. This is my biggest SS complaint while I am an avid passenger on SS.

But I don't believe it supports an iphone 5 or 6 if I remember correctly. I've never been able to dock my iPhone 5 on it .. I was aboard Spirit last in March 2014.

I'm sorry have I misunderstood something or missed something. Silversea has always had gratuities included as well as wine etc and all categories have always had butler service. Maybe you just meant the $2500 discount based on double occupancy?

Last year I boarded Spirit in Athens around 12 noon after a SS transfer from the Athens Airport. Had to wait about 30 minutes for Greek Immigration to stamp my passport for exit purposes. Usually never a problem boarding early if whatever country has cleared the ship just can't go to your cabin.

I certainly could be wrong about this. I have about 235 nights on Silversea. I've always been told that La Terraza requires a man to wear a jacket at night. So we've always treated it as an "informal" venue. Again I certainly could be wrong as things are constantly influx. Hope you enjoy your cruise...😃
