There are 3.5 options for beaches in  St Kitts

    - As suggested by Port Royal, get Marriott Day pass. Most expensive, AFAIR $50 pp for the pass, some snorkeling, even though it's located on the Atlantic side

    - South Friars bay. About 1/2 mile of pretty nice beach. No off beach snorkeling. Taxi costs $7 pp each way (minimum 4 people, so you may have to share or pay $28) and leaves you at Carambola beach club ($30 for 2 chair and umbrella or $5 pp for use bathroom and showers).  Quiet place, usually get crowded pretty fast.  There is another bar called  Shipwreck with some Rasta vibe. Drinks less expensive than in Carambola, no umbrellas, chairs look to be rescued from an actual shipwreck.

Lots of Terds betweeen Carambola and Shipwreck.

    - Cockleshell beach, Taxi $10 pp each way. Several bars, some of them noisy

The 0.5 option is to go to Nevis, but without tour it requires plenty of time and good coordination. Probably will do that some day.

There is some shopping in the port area. The owners and workers  don't look like locals though.

Thank you for sharing!  Excellent information lixogab!

A picture is worth a thousand words. I think the fitness center on the Reflection is excellent. There is a wide selection of dumbbells, Life Fitness machines and cardio equipment! The views on the treadmills are simply breathtaking!

  5. I am not sure if this has been answered already ( can't see it) but can some one tell me what are the brands of water that are Premium and Non Premium. if we did not have them in a package what would they cost per bottle?

thank you in advance for all your help :)

Crystal Geyser is available on the classic package while Evian is the water you get with the premium beverage package.

  6. While I applaud your sense of adventure and spontaneity, when it comes to private excursions, I would do my due diligence, so you don’t get disappointed.

I would research each port and decide what you want to do. I would also go to trip advisor to confirm the information and see what other traveller thought.

If you want to try cave tubing or zip lining in Belize, I would look up Vitalino Reyes.

  7. I’m sorry to hear about your experience in the Tuscan Grille. We always make a point to eat in the Tuscan Grille on each of our cruises and have always had excellent dining experiences! The Tuscan Grille is our favorite speciality restaurant on Celebrity.

I would have given them an opportunity to make it right for you. I’m impressed with the way Celebrity tried to address your concerns on three separate occasions!
