    Hello,

i cruise on Epic 31th December from Port Canaveral, at the moment i don't received any invite to bid for an upgrade. I travel alone in a solo cabin. It's possibile solo cabin can't bit for upgrade?

Im booked in a solo cabin and received an upgrade bid for ocean view window and balcony.

  2. Has anyone had this issue.  Went to look at Shore excursions for our last stop and it says 0 available and will not let me click on the shore excursions.  Went under my sons reservation and no problem at all.  Able to look at the excursions available.  I have sailed NCL before and never had a problem.  This trip I have had dining reservations drop and some shore excursions and had to rebook.

Guest Services just confirmed that our debarkation will now start at 5:30 AM on Friday morning and end at 8:30 AM.

If everyone is off at 8:30, why can't we still board on time?  I don't understand why boarding needs to be delayed.  I do understand why we need to leave later to allow everyone time to get to the port.

  4. I received an email today for a price drop I called about after final payment on my upcoming cruise.  Prices dropped a lot.   The email stated "As a one-time good will gesture, we have created 50% of the amount as future cruise credits.  These credits will be available for one year to book and sail, upon completion of your current sailing on debarkation date."

I spoke with 2 different reps.  One said I didn't qualify, and the other rep stated they would request but couldn't promise anything, but I would receive a call to discuss.  I received an email.

Just updated for Navigator but interesting on the message about Odyssey which doesn't apply to me.
    CONGRATULATIONS!
    Hi CHERYL,

Your RoyalUp bid for a stateroom upgrade has been accepted.

    What to do now:

    • You have been upgraded to the Owner's Suite stateroom(s).
    • If you are not yet onboard the ship, please reprint your SetSail Pass and luggage tags to accurately reflect your updated stateroom(s). When you log into Manage Reservation, you'll see your new stateroom number, which is assigned based on availability.
    • If you are sailing on Odyssey of the Seas and are already onboard the ship, please stop by the guest relations desk as soon as possible to receive you new cabin number and key.

Congratulations!!  We were upgraded in December to the Owners Suite.   You are going to love it.  Have a great cruise!!

    • Thanks 1
