  1. A friend left from Port Canaval last week (dont remember the ship) but he had to select once a day service

I don't see a problem as long as they keep the towels fresh or ice bucket do we really need the room cleaned 2x a day? Do you clean your house or bedroom 2x a day? And remember when you remove tips you hurt the worker not the billion dollar company if you wanna hurt the company don't book with any carnivals owned company

  2. So I dislike this policy and I may not take another cruise with NCL over the recent changes... This happened true story

Our 2nd cruise over all 1st on the SUN the wifey and I went to the MDR after leaving cozumel And boy was the ship rocking... It was bad you couldnt walk down the hall It was truly bad... We made it to the MDR wife started getting sea sick.. We ordered ate some bread about the time the food came out the wife go sick very sick and went running for the bathroom (she made it) I went to check on her she said she couldnt eat So I went back to the MDR to tell the wait staff ... The nice lady said no problem let me box it up just take it back to your cabin.. I hate ate yet either the meal just had got to the table ... She packed up our meal got dessert and brought it out to me The wife had already went back to the room.. I went back ate my meal in the cabin.. She woke up a couple hrs later ate some of hers... It worked out just fine We didnt "junk" up the the cabin and the plates were gone a couple hrs later..

  3. Not trying to be condescending here, but trip insurance is one of the worst value things one can purchase. It's pretty much throwing money away unless you have a high chance of using it.

I can only think of three scenarios where it makes sense to purchase trip insurance:

    1) You are living on a tight budget, and the money you lose by not being able to go would be so financially devastating that you couldn't travel again for a long time.

    2) You are old or in poor health, and there is a fair chance that something will change for the worse between now and your trip.

    3) You have a family member who is old or in poor health, and there is a fair chance you will have to attend their funeral or final details, and have to cancel the trip.

Otherwise, it's a complete waste of money, yet I see many upper-middle class families waste their money on this garbage.

Someone please explain to me why they bother.

Cause crap happens and it's cheaper to be insured than not..
