My husband would like to windsurf while we are in Tortola as part of our cruise. He has windsurfed in the past but would need a refresher lesson and a board to rent. Any suggestions of where to do this on the island?

My husband and I will be picking up our son and his wife from a Disney cruise on Thursday, 9/20/18. My question is where will we be able to meet them after they leave customs? Is there a formal waiting area for pickup at the port or does my son have to cross 12th Avenue and wait along the street where the taxis pickup? It appears from the port schedule that the Disney boat is the only one arriving in the morning so there should be ‘less’ passengers. Thanks for any input!
