  1. We will be on the Diamond Jan 2020, Southeast Asia & Japan, and with two days in Hong Kong would like to know if anyone has transportation info for going to Hong Kong Disneyland from cruise terminal.  Thanks in advance for any info or suggestions.

  2. We were also on the Transatlantic, cabin C201, had experienced the same banging noise.  We asked the steward if he new what it was and all he said was "it was not me"...also speaking of the gift chocolates that you received, my wife found a live earwig (pincher bug) in her salad from the buffet we informed a server who informed her manager and for our trouble a small plate of chocolates were delivered to our cabin needles to say we inspected everything we ate from then on.   Staff was great but chocolates for live bugs in your food?????

  3. We are also on this cruise and this will be our second cruise to Hawaii. The first time we did the city tour, punch bowl and Pearl Harbor. Like was previously mentioned it gets back to the ship early so we took the bus down to the international market, shopped and had dinner then headed back to the ship around 10 pm. This time we are doing the bus early, to shop and walk around, but will need to get back in time for the only excursion we have booked, Germaines Luau. The ship is docked for a long time so plenty of time to do what works for you.

  4. I also feel that the luggage pickup in the terminal can be improved, like show cruise ID before taking luggage. We recently returned from ocean to ocean panama canal cruise that ended in San Francisco. When we finally got off the ship and were collecting our luggage, most had already been taken, we discovered that one of them was missing. Informed staff and they completed paper worked and along with ported looked all over for this one piece of luggage. I even went outside to where people where either getting picked up or dropped off, for next cruise, and checked all the luggage I could but no luck. Not knowing my wife was doing the safe thing this time she found our luggage about to be loaded into a large van with a group of about 10 also ready to board. She stopped them from loading and told them that this was her luggage. It even had a large RED TAG that read "THIS IS MINE" the lady that was about to load it told her "I was wondering who this belonged too"!!!!! Needless to say BE VERY CAREFUL and make sure no valuables are placed into your luggage just dirty clothes....
