Would it be possible for you to let me know where exactly on the Open decks Smoking is allowed on the Caribbean princess??

    Thanking you in advance

I can help with that......recently off the Caribbean Princess.

You can smoke in many locations outside along Deck 7 Starboard, as well as next to the Tradewinds Bar on Deck 16 Portside Aft.

You can smoke indoors on Deck 6 at the Churchill's cigar lounge. It has good ventilation until it is stormy outside and the decks are closed.......then every smoker on the ship is in here after dinner...lol

    Enjoy!

  2. You'll notice in my bacon and eggs photo that there were salt and pepper shakers on our table.

Lucky you! We were on this cruise and had to ask for salt, pepper, sugar, cream, ketchup, etc. lol

I think I met you on the cruise..........we were the couple with the 8 year old daughter who doesn't look like us!

Enjoying your review and LOVE the photos.

  3. Enjoying your posts, we will be on the CB in March.

If you will indulge, the never-ending question of onboard wine: did you notice

them checking for wine brought in carry-ons?

When we checked in at Houston my husband mentioned to the security that we had 2 bottles of wine, and he didn't seem to care and waved us on.

We got off at all 3 ports and when we returned they had a person asking if you had spirits after you have your bags scanned. If you said yes they directed you to a table to turn it in. If you say no they motion you on by. We didn't chance it until the 3rd stop and brought on a small bottle of tequila in our beach bag, said No and were waved on.

We could easliy have brought more wine with us or any other liquor. We also could have loaded up at all ports if we had known!!

    Hope this helps!

  4. I don't know for sure, but it looks to me like rough waters as the ship approached, and possibly they were unable to dock safely. I was watching on the web cam and could see a lot of white caps. I am particularly interested as I will be on this ship in 4 days.

  5. I plan to have my iphone on airplane mode while on our cruise in January.

I want to be able to get on wi-fi while at port to "check-in" on facebook at the port. Can I use a wi-fi while at port without incurring charges?
