• We've always used my PCC for 14 cruises. I can't tell you how many times I've gotten more OBC or a better cabin which I wouldn't have gotten online. I can always call him with any questions. I have yet to receive a sales call from NCL. I'm very pleased with my PCC and will continue to use him for NCL cruises. I guess I've been lucky with my guy and would tell anyone to go with a PCC if you can get a good one like mine.

We've been on 14 cruises all with NCL and have been to Cagneys quite a few times. I can honestly say we've never had a bad meal and service has always been great. I guess we're one of the lucky ones.

Have been on Spirit,Jewel(2),Gem(3),Dawn,Sun,Getaway and Breakaway(4). Haven't had as many problems on all my cruises as you had on 1. You sound like a Carnival or RC employee...just sayin is all.

Going on our 13th cruise on NCL in March. It all boils down to your cruise is what you make of it. All the ships are pretty full each sailing....NCL can't be doing that bad a job. We love sailing on NCL. Have a great time and congrats on your marriage.

With the help of my PCC with price drops on my cruise went from GTY Balcony to a mid-ship balcony and then to a mini suite and last night to a spa mini-suite. Thanks to my PCC.

I've had my PCC for a while now and won't make a move on NCL without talking to him 1st. Always returns calls in a timely manner and I also have his cell number. No complaints at all.

I almost forgot - the day that we docked in Port Canaveral (Tues 2/25), we were hanging out on the deck 7 promenade waiting to disembark and we saw a guy being escorted off the ship in handcuffs. Anyone know what happened? Just curious.

 

We'll probably cruise next sometime in 2015. We're itching to book another one (we joked a bit about how long we could stay on board before running out of money!), but between this cruise and the trip we have planned in June, we're maxed out on vacation time and vacation budget for this year! Our June vacation is a family trip with DH's family (14 people total, parents, brothers, kids, etc) to Vieques, which is a tiny island off the main island of Puerto Rico. I'm looking forward to the pristine beaches, riding around in a jeep with no top, snorkeling, and time with family. If anyone has been there and has tips, let me know - I've been haunting the trip advisor board! Depending on what else is going on in life, we'll probably look at spring or fall 2015 for our next cruise and will definitely consider the Breakaway again - in a spa room, LOL! :D

In December I booked two adjoining rooms for my parents, my wife and myself on the Dawn departing April 6th from Tampa. The prices have dropped and I was thinking of requesting an upgrade. My question is should I wait and see if the prices continue to drop or make the call now? We booked obstructed view rooms and at this time a guaranteed balcony cabin is available for only $100 more. Does anyone have an experience with upgrading cabins?

A week ago we noticed a price drop on Breakaway. We went through a TA...gave them a call ...they called NCL and we got upgraded from a BX Balcony to a B9 Spa Balcony no extra charge.

I heard that the fireworks are on Thursday night after Nassau. Has that been the rule or have they been held other nights on the Florida Bahamas cruise?

Also sailed on Dawns enclosed balcony. We loved it! It cuts down on the wind on sea days and does add extra privacy. I would def do it again. Relax and enjoy!
