I've found the lines very similar, but we've mostly chosen ships for the itinerary, not the cruise line. The only thing I've missed from Carnival was the free cappuccino in the MDR. We would have one every night after dinner, often with the molten lava cake!

I am booked on the August 20th sailing from Amsterdam in the Baltic Sea on Brilliance of the Seas. I just upgraded from my ocean view room to a balcony guarantee, and I wanted to see what balconies were available. But when I try to choose the "Pick Your Room" option, it only comes back as a Guarantee. I deleted cookies and cleared my cache, and I even tried the UK web site. Is there somewhere else to see the staterooms that are still available?
