hello, if you are going to Cuba and have Suite U87, change it. There is a horrible smell in the bathroom. Maintenance tried to get rid of to no avail. We had to deal with that smell all week!!

they said it would be fixed, but once you get off the ship you don't know.

Hello everyone!! going to Cuba in November. Only cash. Cuba is still a restricted country. If you use debit or credit cads they will be blocked.

the same thing happened to me in Barcelona. none of my luggage arrived. I was a basket case!! Fortunately we arrive 2 days before the cruise. I called the travel insurance company and they did all the work for me. By that evening they had delivered 1 luggage and the day of embarkation I received all of my luggage.

the insurance company did all the work. All I did was call them right away.

I have been on the Adventure of the Seas 2 times and loved it. I have another cruised booked for 2018.

Yes, I wear white year round. I live in Orlando so it is very common. Unfortunately, we have to buy what we want by August because everything is winter clothes once September comes along. It's 90 degrees and all you see is boots, coats and cold weather clothes.

I lived here so long and still don't understand why. After September, no bathing suit, tan lotion, anything that has to do with summer is nowhere in sight.

Is there an app that we can use while in Mexico that will help with the conversion rates?

My first cruise was on an inside cabin, and I hated it. But that doesn't mean I believe people are wrong to book an inside. Its by taste. I went to a balcony and I loved it, I tried a Junior Suite and I loved it more. I have 2 cruises on JS and I got a great deal b/c I booked as soon as the dates I wanted came out. Now I booked a Grand Suite for a phenomenal price.

My youngest graduated from college December 2015 and has been employed full time for 2 months making good money. It's time hubby and I enjoy life and we love cruising.

But I really want to go to London and Paris that year so I might cancel this if I cannot afford both.

I bought vanilla at Cinco Soles in Mexico. I just used it. it is great!!!

not offended. I know its a clinical term, however, not a common word. Not offended, however, some might will be.

Back when I was obese, I had a couple occasions when I had to buy quality clothes for evening events. I found some at Bloomingdales. Some designers do the same lines, but for obese women. I've seen Ralph Lauren, Elieen Fisher, Michael Kors, LaFayette 148, Vince Camuto… Start looking at the better department stores and go from there. If it is something "formal" or MOD-ish, try the bridal shops.

Obese?? wow.

La Parfumerie I and II on Cardinall Ave near the port is my preferred store.

 

There is also a branch of La Parfumerie in the Bayshore Mall near the port.

Hello everyone, do you have a place you recommend to purchase perfume in Gran Cayman?

AMAZING GRACE by Philosophy (not any of the other "Graces"!)

I can assure you, and if you like the scent that you will get more compliments than any other fragrance you've ever worn.

Something about it just attracts people and lasts all day, even when I've forgotten what 6AM felt like and that I even had put it on!

I love Amazing Grace. I also love the scent of Lolita Lempika. I am going to see if I find it duty free.

Unfortunately, one of my coworkers is allergic to perfume so I cannot wear any at work, however, he is due to retire real soon.

It's not the money, it's the space in the luggage! Remember, we don't live in Florida.

when I cruise and I have to fly back home, I take a trip to the post office and send myself a package home with all the goodies I have purchased. My last cruise was out of San Juan and I sent home 2 boxes.

I saw them on the Adventure of the Seas in October also.

I love perfume!!! I don't wear it at work because the coworker next to me is allergic. He is to retire soon, then I can wear it again. ]

I do wear perfume, but a little bit. I have some from France that I love.
