Cancelled European cruise scheduled for August, 2018 due to a severally ill pet.

Paid for cruise via Costco/Citi Visa, it covered trip cancellation penalty of $6,000 (Max. for a couple).

This is a reduction from the previous $10,000 max. but it still covers a pet.

We used Budget in January 2015. We did a pick up at FLL and drop at 2nd Street in Miami.

If you call the Miami office number you receive a message of their transfer to POM timings.

Unfortunately for us, they did not highlight that it was only available on Wed-Sun from 8am to 2PM. Thus, we can only tell you they are a $7.50 cab ride to the port.

We choose Eagle for transfer for van/group rate from POM to FLL on 2-6-15.

They arrived 20 minutes after scheduled pickup at POM.

English is their second language so phone conversation can be a challenge for the mono-lingual.

The unexplained delay non-withstanding, lead to an uneventful and prompt delivery to FLL, the 2 of us were the only passengers.

Their pricing was mid-range.
