Wondering if anyone knows whether or not the Emerald Princess has grounded electrical outlets in the rooms and if so, whether an earthing half sheet would be allowed. I'm doing some research for a friend who uses one for mobility issues who will be cruising in a couple of months. Thanks.

My DH and I will be sailing on the Jewel in two weeks (8-9-14). I just got an e-mail today from Royal Caribbean regarding the additional benefits for our upcoming cruise.

 

We are looking forward to the fact that our Sea Pass Card will be pre-loaded with three complimentary drink vouchers for each night of the sailing.

My husband and I, too, received our notification email about our September Jewel cruise.

What is your favorite Princess specialty restaurant and why?

Carnival newbie here sailing next week. Just read somewhere that steamers are not allowed. Could someone verify that for me? I know that irons are forbidden, but I've never had a problem bringing my travel steamer with me on other cruise lines. I just need to know how to pack. Thanks.

I'm enjoying your review. Guess we need to join your happy circle of friends, as we absolutely love cruising and live in Ahwatukee. Haven't had the good fortune to sail on the Allure yet, but one of these days we'll take the plunge.
