Trying to book the shark/ray tour in Belize for my kids but is sold out through carnival. Any recommendation on who to hire? I have only seen Coral Breeze and apparently they have bad reviews here.

I promised my kids the shark/ray tour in Belize but it is sold out through Carnival, any recommendations on what company to hire? I was about to reserve with Coral Breeze until I read the bad reviews here.
