Rain in the aluminum cans and Crystal in the plastic bottles, fleetwide. This also could change from one cruise to another.
Thank you for the quick response. By Crystal, do you mean Crystal Geyser? Can you have a choice? Crystal Geyser is my favorite drink. I understand the Rain is hard to open.

Hello all!
What brand water bottle is offered on the Solstice, classic drink package?
I'm hoping it is not that horrid aluminum can brand.
Thank you.

So with airplane mode on and no internet package , I can access the app?
thanks

Is it true that one can text other passengers even if I didn’t purchase an internet package? (Thru app?)
Do we turn on airplane mode when boarding the ship?
Thank you

Hi!
I was unable to see the show reservations on the Ovation of the Seas (main theater) planner. I was able to reserve one in the 270 theater.

Before the pandemic we were allowed to cash a check onboard. Is this still the case? And if so, what is the max? Thank you.

If we purchase an internet package on our planner, do we get the Diamond Plus discount (2 days free Internet) discount upon boarding?
Thank you.

Hello all
Thinking of booking a Junior Suite on Ovation of the Seas. I know that evening reservations are required for Coastal Kitchen. How easy/difficult is it to get reservations?
Can you make the reservations on our cruise planner?
Thank you.

Hello all
What is the going rate for a Replenish Drink Package now?
Do all cruisers in the cabin need to purchase a Replenish Drink Package if one purchases it?
thank you.

Thank you for the answers!

Hello all.
Thinking of returning to cruising, post pandemic. Do Diamond Plus still get free water bottles in the cabins on embarkation day? How many?
Thank you!

Has anyone received a partial refund on Flights by Celebrity cancellations?
We cancelled our refundable flights and received refund but was $200 short.
(we cancelled before final payment)
What has your experiences been?

We cancelled an August cruise before final payment and requested a cash refund.
We booked the cruise onboard with a $200 nonrefundable deposit and made a $500 payment toward the cruise sometime later. Celebrity said they'd give us $700 FCC under the Sail with Confidence deal. We did not book under this deal.
The usual rules with cancelling a cruise is that before final payment, you get it all refunded to the payment method used. Does booking onboard change those rules? Our travel agent said Celebrity said "no exceptions." Huh?
Has anyone had that happen to them?
Thank you.

We cancelled our May 7th cruise which was cancelled on 3/24/20.
We filled in the online Refund Request through Royal Caribbean's link. On the last page of the wizard, it stated that the request is acknowledged and we would get our refund in 30 days.
We asked our travel to call Royal Caribbean for us to check on the status. Royal said there was no record of the refund request!!! I had printed out the last page of the wizard where it said the request had been received but there is no date on that page or confirmation number. So now, the "clock" has started again with yesterday's date!!!
Not happy.

I am over 70 years old. My doctor will not sign the form because he feels as though the fact that I'm missing a leg will impede my ability to traverse across the deck if the ship is pitching. He is afraid that I might tumble and receive a skull fracture. We booked with a NRD and final payment is due in a few months. My understanding is that if I cancel the cruise rather than the cruise line canceling I will receive a FCC. I of course would prefer to get a full refund since it is highly unlikely that I will grow a new leg by the end of 2021. Do I have any options? I suppose I could see if I lose my other leg and then sue Celebrity. But my chances of prevailing in court is at best remote since I wouldn't have a leg to stand on.

My elderly mother can not get a doctor's note to take our cruise in June. (Royal has not canceled this cruise yet)
The cruise line will give a FCC if we cancel. What good is a FCC if she can't get a doctor's note? Logically we should get a refund. What have other cruisers experienced?
(If the cruise line cancels this particular cruise, I know that we can get a refund.)

No problem sailing on the ship for future cruise. I'm sure the ship would be thoroughly cleaned.

Celebrity cruise line has eliminated Formal Night to Chic Night for quite some time now. Is Royal thinking of going in that direction?
Please, this is not a debate about formal night.

Does anyone know if there are reserved seats for Diamond Plus guests in the 270 lounge on the Ovation of the Seas?
We remember having Diamond Plus reserved seats on Oasis Class ship theaters.
thank you

What is the bottled water brand on your recent Ovation cruise?

We had the same water on Equinox. We are still talking about it, in fact this morning. Worse water we have ever had on a cruise ship.
I agree! I've had good tasting bottled water on both Celebrity and Royal Caribbean Cruises. The bartenders said I had to "upgrade to Premium" to get the Evian water. (We had a Classic Beverage Package) The bartenders didn't tell me that I could have "down graded" to the Non-alcoholic Premium Package (I don't drink) and got Evian. (I know i would not get a refund; but that would've been ok. 😞

Recently on 9 day cruise on the Silhouette and had the Classic Beverage Package.
The bottled water that was included with the package was called "True" and taste horrible. None of the bartenders could tell me if it was spring water or just "purified water?" What happened to Crystal Geyser?
Has anyone had this water?
Can anyone tell me which company made the bottled water on the Summit (our next cruise).
Thank you.
