Hello,
If I recall we have access to our cabins and key cards as soon as we get on board. Is this correct or has anything changed?
We have a couples massage at 2:15 and our arrival time is 1PM at Port Everglades. Will we make it? Should we show up to port a little earlier? Should we cancel the massages?
TIA,
QWK

Leaving a ship early is called "down lining" or "early disembarkation". It was allowed previously however post Covid changed many things. It might still be possible you should contact Celebrity and ask for a supervisor. I know there are maritime laws (PVSA) involved and you will have to go through Aruba's customs as well.
Good luck.

I'm not making any judgments but it does look like Marie wore out her drink package on her sea pass. Just sayin'...
Only a fellow non-AA member would notice that. Well done!

Quick trip to guest services will resolve the issue.
If only we could find the ship. I know it's not in Ft Lauderdale right now.

I’m not sure if you are all aware of this major issue. It began once we got off the ship.
These cards are useless. Once we got home we went to the local coffee shop (we will not name the place to keep some peace) and the barista said these cards could not be used there. Then we went to the local café for some lunch. Same thing happened. In both places the managers were no help either and don't get me started on our local pub. This is unreal. In addition to this grief, we can’t find our room steward anywhere. Our bed hasn’t been made in 4 days. I mean c’mon what kind of service is this?
Royal is definitely slipping and if we could find the ship, we’d let the captain know of our concerns. We’re at a loss for words and we are looking for some suggestions.
Thanks as always.
PS it was a great cruise and we’re trying to see when we can go back.

I saw that Liberty OTS is doing a dry dock for a few days before making the move up to Cape Liberty. Has anyone heard what kind of maintenance will be done? I'm guessing it's just something mechanical since it's a short time in dry dock...
Do you have a link for this story? We are sailing her in a few weeks.
TIA

Cruise was awesome! I thought the ship was in great shape especially considering her age. Crew was fantastic. The only negative was the food. Overall it was just ok, with a few highs and a few lows.
The food didn't take away from our great weekend though. It was a fabulous short getaway and I wouldn't hesitate to sail on Liberty again.
Let me know if you have any specific questions I can answer.
What was the order of the new menus. That might be helpful.
Thanks

We're on her in 30 days or so. Any other comments or concerns about the ship? How was your cruise?

I was hoping one of you who recently did a 4 day Bahamas cruise on Liberty could post the dailies. We are a somewhat larger group and trying to figure out what works for everyone on each day.

It's only showing 1 available cabin...maybe that is why it didn't show up when you looked.
Where did you see 1 cabin available? Curious. Thanks.
I guess sold out is the answer....

I went to check the prices on the web, and my cruise in 18 days is not even listed. Does anyone have any thoughts as to why?
Explorer July 23-31. I did log out and even tried another browser.

Its starts at Midnight on the 45 day cutoff. If you are only grabbing an on board time then you don't need any documents as you can provide them later.
If you are actually attempting to check in, you will need: ID, CDC card, Credit card, and a personal photo uploaded from your camera.
FYI, the app is sketchy at times so some sections might not work. Good luck.

Heaven forbid a 10 Billion dollar company have an app that works and is up to date.

I would file the website times under "false advertisement". Though nothing will ever come of it.
The website for my cruise "Adjustment" took about a month to be corrected.

I looked it up for the OP. Priests still can't be married, so status would be "single" even in international waters.
Your Welcome!

what items are needed to check in. I will be checking in for myself, husband and two kids. we are linked with another reservation can I check everyone in, or just my reservation. Do I need credit card/vaccination cards etc? I saw some people say they skipped over most things and just picked a time how do you skip past that information?
You can open it on the APP and just pick the time you want to fill in the rest later. You have 45 days. Once it opens it's really quite user friendly (as far a picking the time or what ever you want to upload). You will eventually need: the passports, vaxx cards, credit card, a phone photo to finish the check in. I'm not sure about other linked reservations. Also, you have to wait for them to approve your vaxx card. We're still waiting and I've read some take a few weeks.
Hope that helps.

IF the app is working properly (big IF), you can just pick your arrival time and do everything else later.
Yes this is the case for us. We picked our time and added vaccination cards. tried to add credit card and passport but there were issues. All the time slots were available so we locked in the time we wanted and will add the other items when the app is less frustrating.

I was able to check in at midnight EST (or a few mins after) 45 days out. My brother in Texas was able to check in at 11 pm since he is in a different time zone. He and I were able to get a 10:30 check in time for boarding day. My father, who checked-in in the morning on day 45, picked 11 am as that was the earliest possible time he could see.
The check-in opened on the app at 3 minutes after midnight. Thank you. We got the time we wanted.

If check in is June 10th, when is the earliest I could check-in that day? 1am, 8am? Is it in anyway related to departure time or all aboard time 45 days out?
Thanks,

Expect travel around South Florida to be slower than normal this weekend. There will be localized flooding in many spots.

We always try to get to San Juan a day or 2 early. Its a great city and it lengthens the vacation. 4 hours before the ship takes off, leaves a lot on the table. Just my 2 cents.

All 3 are great choices. You should check out the excursions for each stop. Check out each stop here on cruise critic to see what others are doing. Also, we've done 1 & 2 and honeymooned in Aruba. We'd do # 2 again and we'd like to get to #3, just our 2 cents.
Should you go to Tortola go to Jost Van Dyke is a great beach island day (extremely quiet, not much to do but unwind).
Make sure you get to San Juan a day or two early if you can. Another great city.
