  1. Most groups like you are describing have more than one adult for nine teenagers. I think that’s part of the problem. Asking to have one chaperone for that number of kids is very unusual.

I take group of kids like this every summer, not 18 but 15 years of age. They require on adult per 8 kids. So yes, it can be done.

  2. In my experience, as long as one person from the cabin covered by the photo package is in the picture, the picture will be included in your digital package.

We have also had instances where we've taken group photos with friends (which show up in our package), and those friends have later taken pictures on their own without us in their picture, and the pictures still show up on our flash drive/CD. I guess the facial recognition just recognizes a face that was in a package picture and groups them all together.

    Dan.

Do you get a USB with the pictures? I bought the digital package for my upcoming cruise. DO you get the pictures at the end of the cruise or can you get access to them during your cruise to send to the family?

    Thanks,

  3. I have called twice in reference to the 20% discount. It is showing on my sailing 6/26/16 I added the package to the cart with a total of $311 and wen I went to pay it went up to $389.

Customer service gives me a different answer overtime I called. Once they told me that the regular price is $50 per day and 20% off is $2. Great Math!!

  4. I am not looking for any type of compensation.

I know my Travel Agent did not booked the cruise for the other passengers.

I did complain to the group manager with Guest Services.

What it bother mes if that I know those 5 cabins where put under mine just for them to get group benefits since 5 cabins were not considered a group.

  5. I did complain during the cruise, Day 1 but they said they could do nothing on board that just take notes.

I was thankful that nothing happened and my Travel Agent contacted RCCL in Colombia, but a week after they just responded to her that it was a mistake and that is what is bothering me. How does someone makes those kinds of mistake.

Those 14 kids had 3 adults with them but still they were under my group ID and reservation

  6. I just finished a week long on Indy. I booked a group of 17 cabins and to my surprise when I get onboard I find a welcome letter with all the amenities we paid for our group and our cabins number, plus 5 cabins that did not belong to my group.

The passenger of those 5 cabins were 14 teenager kids that I was responsible for that I did not know. SO imagine my week, instead of enjoying I was stressed.

I contacted the group manager on the cruise but he said he could do nothing about it.

Should I contact RCCL to find out why???

  7. I will we on Indi in the summer and would like to book a christmas cruise on Harmony in 2016 for me and a group of friends who won't be on board with me this summer.

Can I book for them while on board, how many staterooms am I allow to book, do they have to be C&A members? they all have been with RC before but not sure if they have a C&A number.

    Thank you,
