Going on the Getaway in January leaving from Miami. Which terminal is the Haven Check in?

My docs say Terminal C, but I read on the boards that is incorrect.

I saw a post that Cabin is 16710 is right next to the steps that go up to the haven sun deck.

Was that a problem with humidity in the hallway? And did you hear people using these step at all times of the day or was it quiet?
