Hi CEOofVacation, whilst I think your thread of pure website errors is a good one, I think it would only be practical for general errors. Most of the errors I've read here are ones referring to specific bookings - eg users who couldn't log on; couldn't check in etc. In these cases Celebrity would need bookings details to recreate the error and I suspect members would not be willing to publicly publish such info ( I wouldn't).

Hi I'm from uk and have booked my cruise through travel agent (thomas cook). We're off on 11th September and I've just today checked in on line and printed my Xpress pass. From our experience last year the e- booklet will be sent by celebrity to your TA who should forward it to you. Hope this helps.

Are you in the uk? If so, and you've booked through a travel agent, the guest ticket booklet comes from them - I booked with thomas cook. They forwarded an email that celebrity had sent to them advising that my guest booklet was ready, and attached a pdf of the booklet. Hope that helps.

Hi, I'm from the uk. We usually fly with Monarch ( through. Celebrity) when we fly to the med. There's usually a celebrity rep at the airport ( who crosses your name off their list) and monarch only require your passport. Your e-docs will contain a couple of transfer slips. One for the transport from the airport to the ship, and the other for the return journey. However there will be a rep at the destination airport, and they should be able to sort you out with this and any luggage tags you need. Hope this helps and reduces your anxiety levels a bit. Thanks for your review kruzgal, we are also celebrity cruisers taking our first p&o cruise to the Norwegian fjords in May. We are fans of the undercover solarium pool on celebrity and as we're not expecting much outdoor sunbathing weather in Norway, could anyone confirm whether the Azura has anything similar ( either complementary or paid for).

I'm thinking of booking a late deal on equinox for October. Trouble is, only fixed dining times are showing - 6pm and 8:30pm . DH and I much prefer select dining, but there's not an option for this, not even a "wait list" option. Does anyone know, if I pre-pay my grats and just choose an option, can I change to select once on board? Thanks

Hi just looked on the celebrity website ( uk version) and can see part of the reason for the confusion - basically the website is screwed and shows different price limits for the bev packages depending on which web page you look at. If from the home page you scroll to the bottom and choose book beverage packages, you'll see a page which gives the $6 and $8 limits. If however you click on the "life on board" tab and follow the links to the beverage packages, you'll see the $7, $10.50(wine) and $9.50 ( spirits and cocktails) with a daily fee of $56.35. Interestingly though, if you click on "book now" from this page and then log into my celebrity,you go back to the original $6 and $8 limits!!

Can't replicate this on the US site where the daily rate still shows as $49 with the limits of $6 and $8.

Doesn't do much to resolve the actual what's in and what's out, but may explain why people are quoting different amounts from the celebrity website.

Hi, I'm just about to book for a Mediterranean cruise on equinox this summer. DH and I love to sunbathe on our balcony so looking for midship port side location that gets lots of sun! Love the larger 1A balconies but wonder if 7211 gets much sun as it's the most inner on the hump. Has anyone stayed in either of these, if so what's the sun situation? Many thanks for your help.

Does this apply to UK? Can't see anything in the small print to say it's confined to US but it seems a bit too good to be true!!
