I will be cruising in November on the Caribbean Princess with my wife and 2 young kids. We are cruising with another family of 4 and the potential for another family of 4. In the main dining room, will they accommodate a table of 12? We are 6 adults and 6 kids ranging from 1 to 7 years of age. TIA!

I will be going in the Regal next month and have connecting cabins with friends. Does anyone know if the cabin stewards will open the balcony divider between the two balconies for us and leave them open?

I havent been on a Princess cruise in years but I recall there being bucket of beer specials. Is that still a thing? I am on the Regal in 2 months.

I haven't seen this asked recently from my searching but will they mail the medallion to Canada yet or is it still picked up at the port?

I am booked for Aurea whirlpool suite in February and was to have the Classic package. Will this be honored as I see it is the Easy package now. Much less of a package it seems. Is it written anywhere that my old package will be honored? Or will I need to have this conversation when I get on board? Thank you!

Thanks for your review! We also have the Aurea Whirlpool suite and I am a little nervous about this drink package change. I did not upgrade to deluxe like you but still should have Classic. You went to the desk when on board and they got this sorted out quickly? And Aurea guests have a priority line?

I am on the Oasis in a few weeks and have a few questions in regards to the Mlife rewards member benefits. I called in to let Royal know of my status. I have never been of status on another cruise so just wanted to know a few questions as I am gold with mlife.

1. What is the entertainment tour?

2. It shows priority Check-in, will that show on the signage when we go through the port terminal? How will I know which line to go in?

3. What is the "Welcome Amenity"?

4. Departure lounge access, will I get a notification about this towards the end of the cruise?

My wife isn't a big drinker so the unlimited package doesn't make sense for us but I do enjoy to drink. Do they sell buckets of beer on the cruise? Any idea of the price or discount? Do they do promotions or does it stay the same every day? Been a few years since I have been on RCCL. Thanks!

I am curious if there is a benefit to prepaying for your beverage packages? I see they have beer packages, wine packages. Just curious if there is any savings, and if not, where do you buy these packages on the ship?

Similar to others, I had to call in and email them directly. I am Ruby on Princess, I was given Silver with MSC. Better than nothing!

Prices have progressively got better since the sale was launched earlier this week. It wasn't worth it on Tuesday or Wednesday for me to change but today it was $184 (Canadian dollars) more expensive but got a $300 OBC (US dollars) so $116 better and the difference in currency so not too shabby!

Great tips! Appreciate the responses. We are planning to drive to the port so it will be easier to pack more and have enough supplies. Anthem of the Seas has a splash pool for kids so that will be perfect for her.

For those that have cruised with a young baby before, I would love to hear your experience (good or bad) and maybe some tips. I know this isn't always a popular decision but would love to hear some feedback.

And I just checked as I bought $100 OBC on Holland America for friends of ours and Paid $1.22 a month ago so this is a great deal for Canadians cruising with NCL!

I bought a few hundred dollars of OBC because of the $1.07 rate. Much better than the banks!

Does anyone know what power sockets are on the Jade? I have read a few different things from different sources. Some say 1 European and 1 USA socket. Anyone off the ship recently with some advice?

This will be my first time on NCL so this might be a silly question but I haven't experienced this on NCCL or Princess. We booked our dinners already and booked excursions and we had to pay for them upfront. On other cruise lines, you can book them but they will just be added to your shipboard account. Am I missing something on how to do that? I am fine to pay for them upfront but expected to be able to pay them off with my OBC.

I am less than 50 days to my trip so I tried to get the promo added without luck. Out of curiosity, if I were to upgrade to the next category, would they add the promo? Likely not is my guess.

I am 50 days away from my trip and the price has dropped about $70 pp and they offer this package now. I called my TA and they can't get me anything! Oh well, it is what it is I suppose. I was hoping to get something at least but they say they would need to cancel and rebook but I would be charged a penalty of nearly $1000 to do this! I don't need unlimited booze that bad!

Does a mini-suite guest get to use a faster check in process or is it full suite and above?

Well that's too bad. My wife would have really enjoyed that but I do agree it could lead to a lot of waste.

This is my first time with Norwegian and I will be on the Jade. I have heard rumour of our Chocolate Buffet. Is that true and is it on all ships?
