Pics of the 2.0 Pride upgrade on John Healds facebook page today !

The Pride will be sailing out of Tampa once it comes out of dry dock in early November. In March 2015 it will be returning to Baltimore.

I got a 180 dollar price reduction today for our November cruise. Called around 08:15 this morning. :)

Deposit is 200 per person for a 7 day cruise, not 250.00.

Hi Thanks. The boys wearing their ball caps would have been on the first night of the cruise which is pretty casual because not all people have their luggage delivered by then. Overall MDR is excellent. Always have had great servers. I have worn dress shorts and button down shirt to the MDR many times. No issues.

Hi, Thanks. Well I have been on the Pride 4 times, and each time we have been at the port by 10 or 1030 and have always been on by 12:30. This past November we had FTTF and was on by noon.

Wow a year ago today, we were at the Magic Kingdom.

we did the magic kingdom this past May from the Pride, and Epcot this past Nov from the Pride as well. I thought it was well worth it. I love Disney. We got to each park by 0845 and had to be back on the bus by 430. Not sure if we lucked out but we had hardly any lines and any that we thought would be bad, we just got fast passes for. We saw everything we wanted to. Would do it again.

Was on the Pride last week, and our room 8254 had a flat screen. In May our room 8250 also had a flat screen.

Woo Hoo....we are doing the Halloween cruise on the Pride! There are a couple roll call boards started for it...although one is all but dried up. There is a MnG scheduled for the first sea day! Hope to see you there!

I'm sure it will be, but I've sailed twice to Alaska! I like cold cruises!

That is a cruise I would like to try. The Miracle with John Heald will be doing the Alaska route next summer.:)

Its pretty cold in February. Pool will be covered, but first 2 days will still be cool.

Really enjoyed your review, we'll be on the Pride in February for our first cruise. I'm secretly hoping the ship will be everything we paid for so I can convince my partner to splurge on a Mediterranean cruise next year. I think my backpacking days are over and I would like to enjoy more structured vacations. :-)

Thanks, I am sure you will both love it. Might be a bit chilly your first couple of days, but the ship is great and you will have a great time. I would love to do the Mediterranean as well!

Well, last year on the Freedom, we had to fly to Fort Lauderdale, so we only took one carry on each, that's why we didn't pack anything - we were only spectators. But, this time, we are driving to port, so I can take as much stuff as I want ;) :eek:

I think we will bring somethng to wear that night as well. No idea what though? I am sure the pirate costume is well used on that night.:)

Next Pride Cruise Date will now be this Halloween. Anyone been on a Halloween Cruise?

just a thought, I bought the cheers program on the second day of the cruise. now i am hearing that they will credit you up to one hundred dollars for money you spent on drinks on the first day. i believe i spent around 150 dollars but no one told me this. Have you heard this before, just curious?

Just ask them on the beach where the pirate ship is and they will tell you. Enjoy your cruise.

Wow, what a nice review! Your family looks really happy to be on the cruise. I almost chose Pride for this year's cruise myself, until my budget made me choose Sensation instead. I had such a great time in Nassau and Freeport. I recognized a lot of places in the Bahamas portion of your review; brought back some good memories. A Spirit class ship is still on my bucket list, though; maybe next year.
