Does Carnival offer a cave tubing excursion in Belize? They used to, but I can’t seem to find it on my booking. I keep thinking it is because it is still a long way out (Apr 2019). I know Buttsup and cavetubingbz have tours, but was wanting a carnival excursion due to time constraints in Belize.

This all confuses me a bit. Not long ago, I was at the customer service counter on ship, the lady next to me was livid because her luggage had been damaged. The rep at the counter told her they would give her a bag they had of similar size and re-emburse her $150 for hers. (she had flown in and traveled straight to the ship, so no way of proving the bag was not damaged during her flight) The $150 was not good enough and she did not want their old suitcase, which I could balme her. She was wanting $500 for the bag because it came in a set (??)although she only needed to replace that one bag. The rep at the desk also told her she could take a cab once in our next port to a store and purchase a similar bag and with the reciept and they would re-emburse her. That wasnt good enough either, because she didnt want to pay for the cab. They seemed over ready to compensate her on the ship, even though they didnt have any proff where or when the bag was damaged. (Unless they were familiar with how it may have been damaged) Anyway, my problem was rectified, and I was getting a head ache from listening to the lady scream and left. I don't know what they ever decided on.

We were on Sunshine in June and going again in March. We had a Lido Balcony. Loved that location also, but those were sold out so we got a spa balcony for March. Sunshine was not my favorite ship, but was really not the worst either. Summer cruises are really crowded and the Sunshine is a small ship. I just felt a little cramped and crowded trying to move around. Because of the crowd and little space, the lines for the comedy club were outragous. People waiting 45 minutes before the show and others getting turned away because of it filling to capasity. Needless to say we never made it inside. Like I said it wasnt my favorite ship, but wasnt so bad that we didnt pick her for our upcoming cruise. It will be what you make of it. I had read a lot of negatives about her before we cruised, but figured I could be the only judge as to how I felt about her. Be positive and you will have a positive experience.

What about ice in the coolers? Never thought about it, an dwe usually just throw some drinks in a back pack, but I now have a backpack cooler that also has wheels, I thought that would be easier to carry, didn't think about the ice??

We had people come up and ask if they could use the shower to rinse off. After allowing one person, I quickly realized that was a mistake since they managed to get some of our stuff wet and told some others that asked they could not.

There were 5 of us, and we had several drinks left. As long as they are unopened, you can bring them back on board with you. The snacks were not bad, and we hardly wanted to go eat after munching on chips salsa, veggies, and fruit.

I thought it was well worth it, and it totally hooked my brother in law to the whole cruise thing. I don't know if it would be worth it for just two people though...?

If those 12 yr old kids hadn't been roaming around, I bet that Noro virus wouldn't have spread!??? :rolleyes:
