Did a booking on Priceline with the Express option and with the help of Betterbidding narrowed down the hotel and used a 5% off coupon on the website. Booked the 4 1/2**** EB Hotel Miami Airport for the dates of 1/26/2019 - 1/28/2019 for $140/night. Total for 2 nights $329.98 = $226 + $63.98
Amenities- outdoor pool, shuttle, non-smoking facilities, fitness center, restaurant, handicap accessible and business center. Rates for these 2 days are $209 to no availability on various websites.

Glad I booked my cruise before this tax and fee increase.

We booked our January 2019 Seaside cruise in June 2017 and received $150 once and a internet package. We are in a inside suite in the Yacht club.
-
I did this just a few days ago, when after final payment multiple cabins in our category opened up. My pcc had no problem doing the cabin switch as long as I stayed in the same category.

We are a 160+ days from our cruise and I didn't expect any excursions to be listed. But last time I checked NCL website there was 34. Have 2 currently booked, including a Cabana for Harvest Caye. Now I check the website once a day for any additional excursions that may have been added.

Enjoyable review, I loved reading it.

Thanks for the video. I booked a YC inside suite on the Seaside for January 2019 and seeing this video is giving me serious consideration into upgrading to a YC balcony suite.

Tried to book a cruise on the website and it froze up multiple times to the point I gave up and booked with a online agency that I use on occasion . I received a confirmation from the agency and MSC that my booking is confirmed, but the website shows my cabin is still available for booking.

I usually read forums of cruise lines I have cruised with in the past, with a focus on the forum I have a future cruise scheduled on. Also look at forums with threads about new ships coming out.

Have been on 15 cruises and only one could be considered bad and it was not the cruise
itself. We were enjoying a sea day on our Carnival cruise when the news announced the terrorist attack on the twin towers on 9/11. It was more of a "sad" cruise instead of bad

This year I chose the UBP and the SDP, and while we don't drink heavily it comes in handy for other beverages. Since I upgraded to a aft suite I receive all the promotions. Have the excursion credit and free minutes of Internet also, but the excursion credit is not worth much to me as we arrange our own activities at the ports.

No and no. While I would love to book a non-smoking cruise because I am a asthmatic, my cruise partner (mom) likes to smoke e-cigarettes so i wouldn't because it means she wouldn't go with me on our yearly mother-daughter trips. And we cruise for itinerary and price, like to book balconies on our cruises and a premium price would mean going back to insides and I tried that once already and mom vetoed it.:D

Had originally booked a minisuite for our Pearl cruise in January 2018, so chose the the UBP and SDP and also received a $140 onboard credit from NCL. Then 2 weeks ago I rebooked into SF suite and while I lost the obc I received all 4 perks of Shore Excursion credit, SDP, UBP and internet minutes. Can't wait to enjoy the suite life.

I booked the Pearl for January 2018 about a month ago and had decided to call my pcc to not only get the obc but to upgrade to a mini suite. My original deposit of $50 didn't change and I was able to get a $140 obc and keep my promos. Win win for me.

Loving the review Paul. We will be sailing out of New Orleans in 2018, but it will be on the Pearl. Reading your review is making my 371 day wait slightly more tolerable.

Just returned from a cruise on Celebrity Refections, they had a lobster on 2nd formal night.

Following and looking forward to your review. Cruising on the Reflection in November. Have cruised before but never with Celebrity.

Thank you for reviewing the Havana interior staterooms, have been looking forward to a review of these cabins. Downgraded from a ocean view spa cabin to a Havana interior on our November 2017 Vista cruise, since this was the only Havana cabin available. Was concerned about the size of the room.

Have currently booked 2 cruises with a online ta that has the no deposit promotion. The agent I work with told me up front about the 25 dollar processing fee and all the restrictions from the cruise line and the agency I booked with. The biggest issue is the fee if you have to cancel the cruise, so you need to be sure there is no need to cancel. I always purchase independent travel insurance that protects me if I do need to cancel. The agent has not given me any problems when I call to make changes to my reservation, and not charged any fee for these changes.

I too have to thank you BobbyD I just ordered mine from eBay as well at a excellent price with free shipping. Kudos to you.

Very interested about the Vista cloud 9 rooms as we have a oceanview booked for 2017.

Booked through Priceline bidding. Notice a express deal for Miami Airport for $87 and the description sounded like a Hyatt Place, which is over $290/night for my dates in November 2016. Started bidding and received this hotel at $78. My 2 day post cruise stay is now covered.

Bid for a friends going on the same cruise with us. Attempted downtown Miami without success and changed to Coral Gables/Coconut Grove. Received the Westin Colonnade for $64 per nite. This is for a precruise stay October 29-31. Not a bad price when Westin's web site says $249.
