Hello We will be sailing Vision of the Sea,in February.They do not have any accessible suites available,checking often.

We have booked a junior suite because my husband didn't like locations of balcony rooms.What are the chances of getting accessible balcony cabin after final payment ?How high are the tubs in junior suite and do they have a grab bar? Thanks

Yes.I do mean the tags you attach the last night of your cruise,the TA said not to use them and request tags specific to our group,it would be so much easier to do what you suggest ,I think the TA meant that we would all have the same tags therefore would be able to disembark and get our luggage as a group.I appreciate everyone's input.Thank You

I don't know if anyone can help me but I will give it a try.We are a group of Twenty seven traveling by Bus fron central Fl. To Fort Lauderdale boarding the Zuiderdam next Monday.The question is ,our travel agent told me to go to the pursers desk a few days before debarkation and request all the same luggage tags so we can get off at the same time in order to meet the bus.Has anyone had this expierience?How early can I get the tags?

Thanks for all the input,I am keeping an eye on the prices.I understand about the Mariner Status and my understanding is four non mariners can piggyback on to two Mariners,so I will also keep checking Mariner rates.We were getting cards in the mail from Holland but that has stopped,could it be because we have booked.

Thanks to everyone for your responses.One or two more questions.can you just stand in the shower without taking down the handheld shower head.I usually just like to stand there and let the water pour over me.I did explain that my DH is not in a wheelchair but cannot get in a tub.I am asking for your opinion,I understand that the verandah's with a walk in shower are the suites,am I correct and should I hope for an upgrade or just book a suite.Thanks Again

Thank you for your reply,yes I did ask some questions before,still not clear on what we want to do,since we had a HA shower at a hotel.What is a modified HA?Still unsure about toilet area in relationship to shower.If floor gets wet from the shower will it be an issue going to bathroom.Thanks for your response.

I need some help,DH and I are going on Zuierdam Feb.2015 to Panama Canal.We usually get a verandah,VA catergory.While reviewing cabins I noticed that,that category only has tubs.DH while not in a wheelchair uses a cane and cannot get in or out of a tub.We were away this week in a HA room in a hotel,big problem with shower head on center wall of shower letting water hit shower curtain and flooding floor.I know there have been some posts about water on floor in cabins.Pictures are not real clear about toilet and shower locations.Please give me your feedback and as much help as you can,Thanks in advance for your help.

I am really trying together info on HA bathroom.Did you have any problem with it.It looks like the toilet is in the shower stall .Were you able to stand and take a normal shower.Was there an issue with standing water.We will be going on the Zuiderdam next Feb.DH cannot get in a tub.Enjoying your review.Thank You
