I actually really enjoy the library and prefer having physical books to ebooks on my Kindle.  During past cruises, the library has given me the opportunity to choose books or authors that would not normally catch my attention and has introduced me to some great finds.

On our TA this fall on the Regal, we had a very small selection but it was well utilized and the passenger exchange area was always popular with  new books available every day.  They also offered daily sudoku and word games (so the contamination concern does not appear to be fleet wide) and normally had people seated at the tables playing table games.

We each have our own activities that we enjoy or look forward to on cruises, lots of reading is one of mine.   Thanks to those that took the time to respond!

Hello!  Could anyone confirm if there is a Library on the Sky Princess? Based on the Regal,  I would expect to find it on Deck 7 Aft but am not finding anything.  I know that on the Royal class ships they are very small but it is still a nice spot for the passenger book exchange, games, etc.

Seems like there is not a consensus on whether passes can be pre-purchased, there are definitely posts from cruisers that have been able to do so.  I will just continue to check for the spa purchases to be available.

Historically, when have Enclave Passes been available for pre-booking?  The website says spa reservations will be available within 6 months; we are at 179 days to go today but I am still receiving an error that they are not available.  In case passes are limited, I was hoping to get them as early as we can for piece of mind.

Congrats!  You did an amazing job and absolutely deserved the trophy!

We just returned to a cold rain in Kansas City and am already missing palm trees and rocking to sleep each night.  I meant to join this post while on board but struggled with the internet connection (we just used our free minutes but had problems with the log out)

Overall, a great cruise!  A few hiccups here and there but had a fabulous time!

Now to make the ground at home stop rocking......:)

Same as the original offer ($179 pp)  The message specifically says that they will not negotiate the price (which may or may not be true but I didn't want to try.)

I am pretty sure we will get $25/day of enjoyment from the balcony and I am not sure that I could have expected a better deal.

Upsell was still available 🙂

I had checked several times and there was one balcony left on Caribe (I knew the balcony would be a bit larger.)

I am so excited to stare at the ocean from my very own chair.

My update (or lack of an update.....)

I called yesterday and left a voice mail.  Sherrie was out of the office.  Fingers crossed for a call back with good news today.

Thanks everyone, I will give them a call on Monday.  Worst case, I will still be sailing the Caribbean in 8 weeks 🙂

We book thru a TA, would all upgrades/upsell offers need to go thru him? If not, I will give Princess a call today.

Regardless, we will be very happy to be on the ship and will enjoy every minute whether from our own private balcony or from a public deck. Nothing beats staring at the ocean!!

We are eagerly watching the countdown for our May 2018 CB Cruise and have noticed there are still a LOT of open cabins.

We turned down an upsell offer a few weeks ago ($179 each for an inside to a balcony) and, while I know it was not an awesome deal, I have been kicking myself every since.

In your experience, how likely are upsell offers to come a second time if there is still inventory available? Does the Upgrade Fairy still exist, could we be surprised at the pier?

Can you go thru security more than two hours ahead of time if not checking in baggage?  Thanks, we have a later flight and this will definitely impact how we choose to spend our day.

Are you able to use the offer more than once? Can I buy OBC and pay down a cruise?  Can it be used on more than one cruise?  Will be happy with any credit but want to make sure I don't  leave any on the table.
