Does anyone know if the Rotterdam has the on demand movies in the staterooms, as other ships do? Thanks in advance.

Our itinerary was port intensive, so for Greenock we opted for the Inverclyde Tourist Group, mentioned previously. We took the tour to Newark Castle and really enjoyed our time and our guides. The guides recommended a place for a pub lunch with time to enjoy the super Tesco. We have never seen such a large Tesco and we pick up many made in Scotland products.

I heard from Fernando today. He is up and running again. I’ve used him twice and thought he was excellent.

This is wonderful information. Thank you. We used Fernado in Havana and thought his services were great!

We used them in April for our 2 days in Havana. Loved them!

Google do it yourself GOT tours in Dubrovnik. Vogue magazine has published a GOT travel guide you can print.

In Trapani we used Aldo with Trapani tours. He is excellent and we had a wonderful day touring ruins and the mountain top city, Erice.

I found useful info at http://www.rometoolkit.com
I have taken the train to Herculaneum and then to Sorrento for shopping and lunch. I found it a great way to travel. As mentioned, always be aware of your belongings, no matter where you are.
There was a tram, just outside the port , that would shuttle you to the train station. I bought tickets at the tobacco stand.
If you are lucky enough to be there on the first Sunday of the month admission is free.

Last week Katakolan Express posted on Facebook, they were experiencing web site issues, but all is resolved now.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them.

Has anyone attempted to take the local bus from Sarande to Butrint?
If so, was there an ATM to get local currency in the port area?
We are in port from 8-5 and are considering trying it.
Thank you in advance.

If you convert too many dollars to CUC's, I assume that you can convert them back to dollars. But, I'm also guessing that they keep the 13%?
Yes! So spend all you get!

Great info on Cuba. I returned this month from an overnight in Havana on RCI. We did private tours both days, and both days we disembarked 1 1/2 before our tour in order to wander on our own.
I do want to make you aware that the Cuban government now charges 13% to convert American dollars to CUC. This applies only to American doLars. Just so you are prepared.

We used FerTours, and we're very pleased. It is not a hassle.

I agree with Where's Waldo. We did independent tours and had no troubles. We got off at 8:30 and explored on our own before meeting our guide at 10. You will enjoy Havana!

Thank you for the information. I'm on Royal Caribbean and they have me questioning whether I can keep my private tour.

i agree, it should be more user friendly. Don't frustrate the customer.

Looking forward to St. Maarten. Thanks for the review.

Your photos are amazing! Thank you for your review, and book recommendation!

Fun noodles are easy to pack too.

Girls love ankle braclets and small lego kits are fun too.

How fun! I'm assuming you're headed to somewhere in the Carribean.
What about small flashlights, mini Nerf footballs for the beach, t shirts. We always take fun noodles, from the dollar store with us but that would have to be some stocking!

Anita, I read that you need a pin number to register your credit card. Did you find this to be true? Thanks for your time.
