It rained most of the day at Guernsey and most of the day at LeHavre/Paris but was quite good the rest of the cruise. It was always cool near the docks and a bit windy requiring a light jacket but inland it warmed up and a good deal of the time I wore shirt sleeves . . . at sea, it was quite windy and brisk whenever on the promenade.

 

We spent three days in London prior to the cruise and it rained one day - we were pleased with the weather. There were several days I would have been comfortable in shorts . . .

Just off the Caribbean Princess last week . . . our waiters told us the menus were changed after leaving Houston . . . probably to reflect more European tastes . . . seemed to be less starters . . . scallops offered every night it seemed . . . sorry, didn't think to take photos of menus.

Hello: The Caribbean Princess will be in Belfast May 29, 2017 from 11:15 am to 9:15 pm.

Has anyone experienced that timing in Belfast? How did the tour operators handle it?

I would like to visit both the Titanic Experience and the Giant's Causeway but not sure if that will be possible with the timing.

Hello, What have people done in Belfast? I will be sailing from London on July 7th, 2016 and didn't see anything that caught my eye on Princess excursions?

There are so many great ideas on this thread. I'm just going to repeat some.

 

Have the lowest prices for those who book earliest.

 

Have longer cruises that start and end in the US.

 

 

True 14 day cruises that aren't 7 day cruises with a turnaround day.

 

Remove Princess Live from Royal & Regal and replace it with Explorers.

 

Add center stairs or more elevators to the Royal and Regal.

 

I don't know how they could do it but true wraparound promenade decks on all ships would be great.

 

Bring the Sapphire Princess back to the US permanently!

 

Stop charging singles 200% for inside cabins.

 

Add a loyalty level above Elite.

 

Bring back better quality food. I remember when rack of lamb and ribeye steaks were on the menu on every cruise.

 

Stop traditional diners from using the anytime dining room.

A cruise with age of 18 or over... would be nice!:)

I am considering going on the panama cruise in early March 2015 going out of Los Angeles coming back into Florida. I am not a heat person, but I think I can handle it.
