Oasis is docked at Miami Criseport, Terminal A.

What is the 'easiest' and not too costly way to get from Oasis of the Seas to Miami International Airport after disembarking on a Sunday in April? We used Royal Caribbean's transfer in the past but had to wait more than an hour for a bus that had seats available. Don't want to do that again. Any recommendations, including potential cost, for Uber/Lyft or taxi? We are two seniors with two weeks of luggage and carry-ons. After more than 20 Royal cruises we still take too much luggage!😏
