so for those that have ordered in the past, where do they ship from? just trying to gauge how long the shipping process should take
I got an email with a tracking number. Mine shipped Tuesday (5/23) from Ohio and will be delivered to me in Florida tomorrow (5/26).

On this cruise in less than two weeks!! Excited to read the rest of your review!!

I booked 9201 on the 11/6/16 Conquest sailing in mid-Sept. I saw it available on a TA site and called Carnival to book. So excited to surprise DH with that cabin!

Small world! I graduated from Hayfield in 2000 and lived in Lorton at the time (near Silverbrook and Hooes). I'm not too far now, in Springfield.
Thanks for enjoying my reviews. Wish I was still on Breeze.
Wow!! It really is a small world. I graduated in 1997, but my sister Kelly was in your class. She left during senior year though to finish up at Bryant. And my youngest sister was class of 2002.

I always enjoy your reviews! I'm sailing on the Breeze in December, can't wait! I just noticed your location and you mentioned taking the Metro to the airport. I grew up in NoVA...mainly Lorton and went to school at Hayfield. Are you familiar with that area? :)

Thanks for posting!! I have had my eye on this item for awhile.

We were in port from 1-10pm, our ceremony was at 4:30.

We got married at Mr Sanchos last April. It was a great experience for us and our guests! We had a group of 60 sail with us on the Victory.
The planning was done through Cozumel Wedding Planners. They were extremely friendly, helpful and quick to respond to all of my emails during the process. They have an online system that you access to make your selections and see the corresponding cost. Everything is completely customizable. It was really helpful to see instant price changes when we selected other options or increased our guest count.
We chose to have our ceremony on the beach in front of their wedding garden. This is all off to the side of Mr Sanchos so we were not bothered by the activity going on there. We wanted a casual happy-hour reception so just did hors d'oeuvres and open bar in their open-air restaurant.
If you have any other questions, just ask!

Excellent review! I don't have plans to sail on the Dream anytime soon, but I just can't pass up one of your reviews! I'll be watching out for your Breeze review as I'll be on her in December!

We just sailed the 8 day Southern itinerary on the Sunshine out of Port Canaveral. 4 sea days and 3 ports, it was great!

On our family cruise in April they dropped the single supplement and my husband's grandmother got half her cruise fare back in OBC. She was one happy lady!

Great review! Love the pic in your pirate gear! We booked our upcoming cruise on the Sunshine for the same reason you did. My hubby watched that documentary several times during our cruise on the Glory last year. It was the first time he took any interest in planning. Lol!

We did the same for our wedding cruise in April. We had them in rolling duffle bags. Security just pulled us to the side and opened the duffle bags. They felt around inside and I let them take one out to look in it and we were on our way!

Thank you! avis.com still does not show me a mega pier on my screen. I called them directly and they said to call the island and ask. I cant call that country.
Try the aviscuracao website!

I sail in Dec and would like to see the fun times as well...ucfjennifer@hotmail.com. Looking forward to the rest of your review!

Great start! Looking forward to reading the rest as we are sailing on the Sunshine in December!

We were married in April and we chose to do gifts. My sisters were my bridesmaids and I purchased their dresses, shoes & accessories for them. My husband gave personalized flasks to his groomsman.

We had a group of 60 people with us on our wedding cruise on the Victory in April.
We had everyone linked for assigned dining. They had us at several 8 and 10 top tables grouped together in the back of the aft dining room. It was great to let everyone plan what they wanted during the day and get together at dinner to catch up and make plans for the next day.
One thing that everyone thanked me for doing was handing out a cabin listing. We were spread out all over the ship, so I made everyone a list with names and cabin numbers for the group so they could contact each other during the cruise.
If I think of anything else, i'll let you know.

Thank you for posting your review! I'm trying to convince the hubby to do this sailing for my birthday. We live in Orlando so being able to take the half day is definitely something I'm trying to use in my favor! Lol! I'm watching the price and hoping for a last minute drop!

Thanks for the review! I did this trip with my sister several years ago. So fun! I'm hoping to talk the hubby into doing this 3-day for my birthday in Aug. Our Dec cruise is just too far away!

We just got back!! What an amazing trip! I plan to write a review soon! :)

Best wishes, beachmonkey!
We're also leaving today! Driving to Miami right now, board the ship tomorrow and are getting married on Saturday in Cozumel! Excited!
Upgrade Fairy hit - Grand Scenic Oceanview - room question

That is an amazing deal!!! We had one of the Grand Scenic Oceanview rooms (9201) on the Conquest last November. I kept it a secret from my husband for over a year and he was so surprised when we walked in! It is my favorite cabin so far and I wouldn't hesitate to book another one in the future. Great location, large room and wonderful views!
