Once it loads, underneath Required Information, you'll see Suggested.  Click on Arrivals.  Click your cruise date. 

Once that loads, at the bottom, you'll see Arrival Group.  Click that and you'll get to what you're looking for.

As far as when it opens?  Used to be about 59 days before…but recently it

has been much closer to departure.

I’ve seen 3 weeks or less.

So, I just keep checking.  Lol

 

It has not really been strictly adhered

to, so I wouldn’t worry about it.  I’d go

when I needed to go, if you don’t see it opening.

On Royal website they do not state that the internet package works on Labadee. So I guess

even though it is Royal private island and it should work there it does not.
