We have been on only one Seabourn cruise. On Legend. Seabourn took us to a 5* hotel for breakfast when we arrived in Dubai early in the morning. Then to the ship. Small queue for check in; no chair hoggers.
Yes the safe was not very convenient and the wardrobe door was difficult to unstick from its magnet; hardly enough to spoil the cabin.
The food was excellent, in both restaurants. As you say breakfast & lunch is best taken on the open deck, but you don't like it there. Why not if it is the best??
Small portions? More than adequate for us. Can't watch tv from the bed? We could.
Are you enjoying the cruise? Doesn't sound like it to me.
Good pictures though.
My thoughts exactly.
As well, I thought if the food was so bad why take such lovely pictures of it!.

You turn platinum, and then a dedicated concierge will come and give you a little polish every day to keep you nice and shiny.
Is that a little polish or a little Polish ;)

Thanks to you both
Orpington being UK based assume you normally send to S'hampton?

It is quite straightforward. Those of us who have cruised with Seabourne are sent coupons and asked to persuade (or refer) friends and family to cruise with Seabourn also. If they do persuade someone to cruise for the first time with Seabourn, they give the coupon to that first-timer. When the first timer books and makes their final payment, they complete the details on the coupon, i.e. booking ref, name, address, etc. and send the coupon to Seabourn HQ. The referred person will get $400 credited to their shipboard account when they sail, as will the person who refers them. It does not conflict with any other credit given by a TA or anyone else.
What is the address that a UK person sends too.

Here is something l was told many years ago and use as often l can.. only because its fun!
"Diplomacy, is the ability to tell a person to got to hell, in such a way that they enjoy the trip"
Only prolem with that Jaffa is that sometimes the recipient has their head so deeply into the sand, they just don't get it.

Option 3 Highly unlikely if the earlier part of the day had been "totally Seabourn":)

Both self and partner love the chance to dress for dinner but a friend who would like to take our next sailing with us hates jackets.
He is quite happy to eat alone on some nights. The question is, on jacket nights what are his options? Will he have to hide in his cabin or is there a casual option he can use. We really want to encourage him to join us as he is such good fun, but the jackect for him is a no go.
He dresses quite well and is very smart, no jeans, wears a tie no problem!

Actually I said nothing about the cruise, I was replying to Jay23, my comments were on your so many negative comments and the lovely pictures. Don't get yourself in such a huff. Wrongly assumed, if you can post a negative others would be allowed to do the same.
