We were on the NCL Dawn to Bermuda by ourselves. We usualy take the kids so this was a big deal to us. My wife wanted to go to the gift shop and I told her I was going to take a shower. So I did and she still hadn't returned so I went to find her in the gift shop. I went and didn't find her so I went back to the room to wait. As I passed the room beside ours I heard her voice...The door wasn't shut completely so I knocked and pushed it open, thinking she had made a new friend. She was sitting on the bed yapping away. I heard the shower running and she looked up at me and smiled, then her face froze. She realized she was in the wrong room and ran out just as the water stopped running. I guess the couple next door never realized a stranger was in their cabin, and every time we passed them in the hall it made me laugh.

Our ship wasn't on there, but thats the usual for us. Seems like any cruise we go on has either no roll call or the smallest roll call on the boards. =o)

For responding and being so friendly and polite. Erin is really looking forward to meeting some nice girls and I'm happy to chill out with anybody. Not trying to sound stupid, but where is a glbt roll call? I looked and didn't see one. Thanks again! Fred =o)

Most lines have scrapped "FOD" in favor of "LGBT," which would include "B," of course. I'd have no problem with you two, though I'm not crazy about avowed hets who come to LGBT get-togethers because they find us amusing. But if push came to shove, you could tell folks you were female-to-male. ;)
BTW, I grew up in Yardley...
Hi Shepp, I'm guessing you meant amusing as in odd? I am het and I do find most people who live "alternative lifestyles" amusing. Or maybe I just find almost everyone who doesn't so boring. What is female-to-male? Do you miss Yardley? I've lived there for 10 years and in the general area for 2 years, and I still haven't decided if I like it or not yet.:)

Wow, you have been on lots of cruises!

Would a man/woman couple be welcome at a FOD meeting? My wife is openly bisexual and is very interested in going to one but doesn't want to go alone. Is this unusual?
Anyone ever see any celebrities on cruises?

On our very first cruise Bea Arthur was aboard. We never saw her but I felt better just knowing that she was there. Somewhere.
