Driving to Miami for cruise on Celebrity Summit November 5th.I believe it is leaving from Terminal G  What is the best place to park?

Is there any saving or discount for purchasing a coffee in advance or is the price the same on board?

We will be arriving on Princess Emerald on a Saturday and have flight leaving Rome airport at 12:50 pm. I would appreciate any suggestions on the best and most cost effective transportation available. Ship transfer, train or private van? Thanks
