  1. I can confirm what others have said about the first two Voyager cruises. Unbelievable how many items they ran out of.  By the second day of the second cruise, they had to reprint the wine menu in the Main Dining Room as they had run out of most wines sold by the glass. Why didn't they open up some of the wines sold by the bottle to sell by the glass. We also got 50% back on internet the first week but it was a fight to get it. Our cabin steward was great though and our room was ready for us with the amenities. But yes, those cookies were awful. The cruise felt like a shakedown cruise, not an inaugural one.  Day 6 of second cruise, all crew are double masked. When asked they all said they had no idea why, just orders from above. After we were off we heard that 30 crew had tested positive for Covid. Gee, think you might want to notify the passengers?  The junior crew were all eager to please. The junior officers (Internet officer, some guest services, shore excursion officers, sports staff, entertainment staff) could use some extra customer service training and attitude adjustment.
